Pension Larrea

First, the accommodation is exceptionally clean, both the bedroom and shared bathrooms. Much appreciated! The location is perfect for easy, walkable access to all the historic sites, restaurants and shopping. This Pensión is definitely recommended as part of a positive visit to San Sebastián!

Great location and clean hotel!

Très belle chambre, confortable et propre. 2 salles de bain complètes à quelques pas de chaque chambre pour environ 6 chambre. Belles et propres aussi. L'emplacement est fabuleux sur une rue piétonne près de plein de restos et de la mer. Il faut environ 10 minutes pour se rendre au parking payant 27 Euro/jour mais ça vaut le coup. Jonathan est super aidant et gentil Je vous recommande cet endroit à 100% J

I have never stayed at a place that I had to share a bathroom and still didn't mind it. Prime location..so clean is scary...very helpful staff. Would definitely go back.

Had a good stay, but before arrival my card was charged with the full amount, despite being told I would be charged ON arrival. This made a big difference because I had planning to pay with a different bank account. I did not see any reception or welcome staff during the whole stay of 4 days.

Great location in centre old town, very clean and good communication with host. Shared bathroom which were spotless. Parking is in a public carpark 8 mins away. 24 Euro for 24 hrs with host supplied bought ticket.

Pensión Larrea is an inexpensive way to enjoy old town San Sebastián. The manager was wonderful and very helpful. Be aware of the shared bathrooms and the high noise level from partiers on the street.

It was in the heart of parte vieja so the weekends were loud if you wanted to keep a window open, but with the window closed you could not hear a thing! It was great!

We had a great stay at Pension Larrea, in fact we extended our stay. It's a great location, super clean, nice very comfortable rooms, and with a friendly welcome and host. Recommended.

Room and shared bathroom were spotlessly clean, it’s right above some bars but the windows blocked a lot of the noise out so it was pretty good all in all. Bed was very comfy too.

Great location, and a very comfortable stay. Staff was very nice. It can get a bit noisy on the streets in the evening, but that is also part of the fun. If windows are closed, I didn't have a problem. I would highly recommend Pension Larrea if you are looking for a nice, down to earth place to stay.

Perfect location, great staff. Rooms on the street can be very noisy until 5 am during a festival or on a weekend. Great value in San Sebastián!

It is right in the center of all activities so it is probably common that most hotels there have shared entrance and bath. The owner is nice to offer us a bigger room and discount parking ticket.

This was an excellent place from which to explore San Sebastian, great ocation right in the heart of the old town. Have seen some negative reviews of this place from people that think it is a hotel, it is a pension (a converted apartment) with a shared bathroom etc. The facilities were very clean and this is perfect for a place to get your head down whilst enjoying all of the things around. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Finally the windows were great at keeping all of the sound out from the busy streets below.

This property has only shared bathrooms, not en-suite as shown in the Hotels.com listing. However, everything is absolutely spotless and very attractively maintained. Be aware that it is located in a car-free section of the old town, so plan to park in a nearby parking and walk with your luggage at least four or five blocks. Surrounded by pintxo bars, restaurants, and other stores. Very, very fun, and a great location!
