Sometimes the room would be cleaned, sometimes not, the food always tasted different, so if you liked something one day you might not the next, plus the two of us got a severe stomach bug, as well as at least two other guests. I blame the food preparation. I cannot remember not enjoying a holiday as much as this one. Pay a little bit extra and stay elsewhere, do yourself a favour.

The owner took too many taxes, even for children; our bathroom was dirty, whithout soap and hairdryer(as it is written on the internetpage); the room wasn´t cleant every day; the "buffet of Breakfast" costs 6€ (on their page it is offered for 5€ every person) and in fact the "bufffet" contains only: Salami, marmelade, crêpes, toast, pancakes, cofffee. 6€ !!! I´ve never been in such an horrible hotel! I don´t compare it with other hotels, but I expected at least everything that was explained online about this hotel.

The woman that was welcoming me was obviously annoyed and behaving very rude because I was arriving late due to my flight late arrival in Palma. This even though I had sent an e-mail some days ahead informing the hotel that I was arriving late (they did not reply). Small, dirty and very hot room with no windows and no bathroom.

Regentado por una familia que no habla español y entienden poco inglés. La habitación estaba sucia cuando llegamos y el baño con moho en los grifos. No nos limpiaron la habitación durante tres dias a pesar de poner el cartel en la puerta solicitándolo. Al tercer día, cuando llegamos de la playa nos estaban cambiando nuestras pertenencias de habitación sin permiso porque tenían problemas de disponibilidad de habitaciones. Servicio horrible...pagamos una tarifa económica pero no estaba ni a la altura de algunos albergues a los que hemos ido

Das Hotel ist absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen, es heißt die Gäste nicht willkommen, ganz im Gegenteil hatte man das Gefühl unwillkommen zu sein. Man musste sich erst einmal hinsetzen und es wurde sich beschwert, dass man im 20.Jahrhundert über expedia bucht, es wurde einem also der Vorwurf gemacht über den falschen Anbieter gebucht zu haben, direkt beim Check-In im Hotel. Dann mussten wir ewig auf das Zimmer warten, die Zimmerschlüssel lagen alle auf einem großen Haufen auf dem Hoteltresen, obwohl ein Aufbewahrungsk ästchen an der Wand dafür vorhanden ist. Alles absolut verkramt und keinerlei Organisation. Dann wurde uns offenbart, daß wir es den nächsten Tag wieder wechseln müssten. Das geschah dann auch, wir wurden von einem 4Bettzimmer auf ein 2Bettzimmer umgelegt.Die Betten kann man als Hängematten bezeichnen. Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war (war bekannt bei Buchung) sprachen wir d. Ventilator an (der in der Ausstattung dabei sein sollte). Diesen mussten wir mit einer Gebühr pro Tag bezahlen..ein rostiges Teil, was nur so lala funktionierte..unsere Transferzeit für die Abholung zum Flughafen mussten wir auch selbst herausfinden, obwohl das Hotel es uns weitergeben sollte. Angeblich hätten sie kein Fax und keine Möglichkeit email anzusehen..dann wurden wir nochmals in ein anderes Zimmer umgelegt (ohne uns zu fragen all unsere Sachen zusammengeschmissen), da verschwand dann auch einiges Privates, was sich z.T. im Müll!! anfand u.z.T.ganz weg war!Schrecklich!! Nie wieder!

Cuando vas a intentar pasar unas buenas vacaciones y nada mas entrar por la puerta te encuentras con lo que hay en este sitio, se te cae el alma a los pies...Una experiencia horrorosa, plaga de hormigas, personal mal educado, unas instalaciones lamentables otras ofertadas inexistentes, una limpieza que brillaba por su ausencia y una larga lista de etceteras que no merece la pena ni nombrar. Llevo mucho tiempo viajando y durmiendo en hostales y albergues que por sucios y mal están a años luz de este sitio...sobretodo por el trato de las personas que lo dirigen. Una autentica vergüenza.

-Wir wurden mit lustlosigkeit jeden Tag empfangen,ohne Begrüßung. Die Betten sind ein Fake,ein Klappbett für 2 Personen,Matraze total durchgelegen,an der Wand eine Holzleiste damit es wie ein komplettes Holzbett aussieht. -REICHALTIGES FRÜHSTÜCKSBUFFET : abgepackte fertig Backware, (teils abgelaufene u.a Marmelade -Kaffeeautomat total eckelhaft;Es gibt dort Toast,warmer Orangensaft,Milch,Müsli,kleine fertig Backware. Zimmerreinigung nicht gründlich,im Bad kein Fön. Wir musten mehr bezahlen an Hotelkosten wie angegeben.
