The hotel is absolutely fabulous, the location can’t be beat, the rooftop pool and views phenomenal and everyone that works there, especially Javier and Rafa, were amazing and so helpful. If you are going to Granada, this is a MUST!!!! We are already planning to stay there again later this year. Loved everything about this hotel! 10/10!!!!

We really liked the central location of this hotel, which made it easy to pop back in throughout the day to drop shopping off etc. The staff were friendly. The room was a good size and it was very quiet at night. We had breakfast one morning which had a lot of variety. There was no view out of room 416 (the window faces an interior wall and the lift), and the main lights in the room wouldn’t turn on. The floor of the bath tub was also very slippy and no rubber mat was available, I almost slipped a couple of times when having a shower. Not deal breakers but I would try and get a different room if I were to stay again! The pool area is a little on the small side, so it would be hard to get a lounger on a really hot day. Overall I’d recommend Room Mate Granada.

We upgraded to a room with a private balcony with sun lounges, this was in the perfect position as you have the sun all afternoon and the view of a nice sunset. The room had good Wi-Fi air-conditioning and all other comforts require required for a good stay the rooftop pool area and bar which had free bathing towels was excellent. Overall, a great comfortable stay.

This was an amazing hotel! Large, well appointed newly renovated rooms and great facilities. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. It is in the old town but very close to parking and also close to roads to get taxis. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. View from the pool rooftop was fantastic. Only issue was the shower/bath didn’t drain very well and it smelt when the water was backing up which was such a shame because everything else was great.

This renovated gorgeous hotel is right in the middle of the city center shopping so it’s very quiet at night after the shops close at 9. The tile in the shower is gorgeous and the roof top swimming pool/relaxing area is to die for! There are many options on the roof to sit as well as a honesty bar with soda, ice, beers/liquor. The rooms are huge for Europe and the AC is cold! Bed was also so comfy. I hope to come back someday. About a 10 minute walk to everywhere!

The hotel was well located. Room was very comfortable and the staff was great. They went the extra mile when there was an issue with air conditioning and brought us a portable air conditioning for our room and the problem was quickly resolved. The laundry service was also very convenient! They wash, dry and fold your clothes for 35 euros. The breakfast was also great!
