Quarto bastante honesto. Cama confortável, chuveiro decente, ambiente muito limpo. O checkin foi feito remotamente por uma funcionária muito simpática, que nos enviou os códigos para acessar o hotel e o quarto. Tudo funciona muito bem.

The Hotel is nice. It’s about an hour out of Madrid, which wasn’t that bad because you could just take the bus to and from. the rooms were great. It was a little loud sometimes so that and there’s nobody there to control that. They have a virtual front desk and that AI is the only thing that speaks English all the people there. Speak Spanish only no English. So that was I want to say that’s a downside but on the hole it was a nice hotel.

Absence totale de personnel. Réception par caméra. Obligé de changer de chambre car hyper bruyant en raison de la machinerie de climatisation. Lors du départ toujours pas de personnel donc pas possible de payer. J'attend donc le prélèvement sur mon compte ou au moins un signe de vie de leur part et cela 9 jours après avoir quitté l'hôtel. Bonjour l'organisation de cet établissement

Hotel muy normal, vistas a la pared de enfrente, la ducha no tragaba el agua, sin personal presencial para este tipo de problemas y falta de intrucciones en parte del uso de las instalaciones ya que no hay personal en la recepción, va todo online.
