Perfect short break lovely facilities and fantastic location. Great sea views only small issue is sound proofing between rooms could be improved apart from that this hotel is amazing and we will be visiting again

Single room was adequate and comfortable. Clean and we'll stocked with essential toiletries. Comfortable bed. Clothes hanger on balcony wall. Bistro table and chairs on balcony. Dining room very noisy. Food - plenty selection. All inclusive - adequate alcoholic selection. No ice cream or lollies included. Daytime snack bar available. Evening entertainment poor. Daytime entertainer music at pool very loud.

Got what I paid for. I paid extra for a sea view room and reasonably expected a full view. I only had a partial view. Food was as expected for a hotel of this nature and I ate well every night. Some variety in dessert would have been appreciated.

All-inclusive every day, 3 courses was perfect, buffet style, everyone enjoying themselves staff were very helpful, like 30 second walk from the exit doors of hotel to son bou beach, incredible scenery, we was on the 8th floor l, lovely hotel room!!

Typical big hotel for vacation Common facilities would definitely support the 4 stars, much less the rooms. Breakfast is super-abundant, but the quality is to be improved.

This hotel is in clear need of a refurb. The staff were not particularly helpful given that our flight was delayed by 3 hours. The person checking us in said he had cashed up for the evening and was therefore reluctant to let me pay by card and wanted cash. No parking spaces near the hotel. Hotel had spaces but there was a €12.50 charge so had to go off in search of a space in the town. Given that we were 3 hours late and it was 1am not a great welcome !

Average room and food, but great pool, beautiful beach and excellent staff

I booked this hotel because it says ‘free self parking’ but then once I got there, I found out the parking was paid: 16 euros/day. All the lifts didn’t smell very nice, but apart from all these things, the breakfast was yummy, with a lot of options. Good location as well, since there’s a good beach near by.

Right on the beach and nice big pool , some. Nice restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast is a bit hit and miss but it does the trick.

The hotel is old and in poor condition. We booked a standard room with balcony and we’re given a ground floor room with terrace looking into the smoking area. In order to get another room we were forced to pay for an upgrade, where we got an identical room but on a higher floor. The rooms are very tired snd very old fashioned. The air conditioning in both rooms was noisy. Resturant is fine but many of the windows have been bolted shut so it gets very hot. The buffet is nice but ALL drinks are extra. Pool nice snd location on the beach is great. This is realistically a 2 star hotel snd should cost accordingly. I would not recommend or ever go back.

We booked our room with balcony in a hotel with 600rooms with balcony looking to the sea. But our room booked we discovered was a standard room with balcony looking to the entrance where everyone could see inside. Very disappointed to the manner Hotel. Com has sealed this room

Easy access to the beach, nice swimming pool, good location

We stayed for 10 days at the end of September 2019. We had half board which is breakfast and dinner. The third night my wife got severe food poisoning from a piece of smoked salmon on the evening buffet. She spent the next 48 hours in bed. The food was mediocre at best, the grilled fish and meats bland. The staff at the front desk were unhelpful except for one. One front desk person said" We're a three star hotel. We don't arrange transfers for our guests" when I asked for assistance contacting our ride service as I didn't have a phone and my I-pad would not load the vendors website. Which brings us to the amenities: The "business center" has a computer but you have to buy a "ticket" at the front desk in order to access the computer. Printing involves e-mailing your file to them and they print it out. There is no laundry facility if you want to do your own laundry. There are no restaurants, just a bar. The wine by the way is mediocre as well. The only bright spots are the location, right on Son Bou Beach and the housekeeping staff. They were friendly, very service oriented and our room when we had it done was done very well. The view from our room was outstanding but the room is very, very small with one arm chair that,frankly, was for a small child. I would revisit Menorca and Son Bou beach but I would not stay at this reort nor any others they manage.

The rooms could do with a little bit of updating, but the rest of the hotel was good. Very close to a lovely beach. Lovely swimming pool, with Lifeguard. Food was good. Evening entertainment was varied sited all tastes.

Bed worst bed ever slept in. Went down with sickness and diarrhoea. Breakfast was disappointing all hot food Luke warm/cold.

Beachfront which is excellent. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Room would benefit from added hooks to hang towels and clothes. Bed not that comfortable. But overall it's a good hotel in a great location.

The beach is excellent but the hotel condition and service is mediocre. If beach is important but you don't care about were you stay this place is for you. Food was ok but it's restaurant service was below average.

The rooms are OK, nothing special. The main selling point for me is the excellent location next to son bou beach.

Clean, central, helpful staff. Enjoyed staying here. I stayed here whilst rest of my family were in a villa so wasn't in the place much but when I was it was good.
