The entire property and grounds were always spotless and staff very friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.. they accommodated my allergy (Coeliac-Gluten Free) excellently and always prepared my meal separately with multiple choice options - our family including our grandchildren loved every minute and we will be visiting again..

Hotel was clean we had a junior suite was nice and big separate room for kids had to get own sun beds out and there were none spare for the whole day bar staff not very friendly bar didn’t open until 11am by pool. Cup system is very strange need a token for a cup location is amazing right on the beach.

The hotel ubication is excellent,service,breakfast and very good dinner buffet and entretainment. The attention of the hotel personel is excellent. Our thanks to Ana,in the check in area. We recommend this hotel.

The hotel is too big to accommodate everyone during breakfast and evening meal. It was chaotic

Lovely hotel with great staff but needs bit of updating.. the beds in the room (sea view) weren’t great and the sunbed were not comfortable … but still enjoyed the stay .. a lovely location and very efficient friendly staff..

Overcrowded resort,had breakfast deal first and upgraded to halfboard but regretted ,only one restaurant running and serving food,staff tryingso hard to keep up but impossible,waiting in the line up to get table takes for along time,we felt like world war 2 food line ups,unreal,people were fighting for food,also,if you coming with little ones for fun it may be good for you to enjoy,but,if you are coming as adults for relaxing and restful vacation time by beach and pool,this may not be for you,too noisy upgraded room to family room,it was worth it,but,resort condition was very clean,well maintained, location was great,hotel staff were very friendly.

J’ai adoré l’emplacement près de la plage et de la ligne de métro. Par contre lit très dure. La nourriture laisse a désirer mais beau bar a salade. La nourriture est trop cuite et manque de goût. Disons que je pourrais comparer ça a la nourriture de cuba. Le soir le café n est pas inclus dans le souper donc nous sommes aller en acheter juste en face de l’hôtel il y a une épicerie carrefour. Beaucoup de restaurants et bar autour de l’hôtel. Le prix du stationnement pour la location d une voiture est d environ 14 euros ce que je trouve exagéré par contre on peut stationner dans les rues avoisinantes. Belle piscine et pour la plage aucune chaises n est incluse alors on doit les louer a 6 euros chacune.

I enjoyed my stay with you food room and the pools, the receptionists were very nice and helpful, and the waiters worked so hard to take care of us, my only complaint was the children running up and down the corridors at night at 11 and 12 midnight it was so hard to sleep

Relaxed holiday

Worst hotel in a long time, dirty, my wife saw blood stain on one of the pillows, bad rooms design, very cheap furniture, floors with big gaps probably due to water problems and our mattress was good for the scrap yard,. There was a bad smell in the room. On the pictures, they show the big towers, but they will stick you near the pool area which it is really cheesy and bad. I recommend to go anywhere else nearby and it is better. They charge you for parking which is fine but you have to pay every time you go out and back in. Wifi is useless, forget about Netflix or any streaming. Very noisy too. We just left very early the next morning to end this bad experience. Only positive in the whole experience, we had flip flops so we didn’t have to walk barefoot on the dirty floors.

Had a lovely stay. Place was spotless, spacious and relaxing all staff we came across were friendly. Really enjoyed breakfast on the sun terrace amazing selection of food and no long queues in the restaurant. Brilliant location. Would definitely recommend.

Although this is stated to be a 4 star hotel, I personally felt it was more of a 3 star. My check in went smoothly & I felt very welcomed by the lady on reception however upon seeing the room, it didnt feel as luxurious as I expected. Sun beds & parasols seem to be hard to come by unless you queue up at 8:30am & reserve a lounger. On a couple of occasions, I received a lot of attitude from individual cleaning staff from what seemed to stem from the language barrier & them not understanding me. Either way, I felt the responses were inappropriate, unreasonable & unprofessional for the circumstances. There was a lot of confusion over the hotel policies regarding ladies topless bathing. On my first full day, out of courtesy, I asked 3 members of staff what the policy on this was & received 3 different replies. Due to the inclination of those staff members, it seemed it was more likely frowned upon than accepted so I refrained (on what was the best day of sunshine for my stay).....only to later watch a local bathe topless & not one member of staff opposing this. As it was nearing the end of the day, I didnt say anything but chose to clarify this with Reception the following morning. Here, it was clarified that ladies can bathe topless - I wasn't very happy that this had impacted my holiday. There was also conflicting advice given by 2 members of staff regarding the price of adding on an evening meal - At check in, i was advised it would be 16Euros but later told it was 23E.

Hotel was clean, room was as expected, clean and everything you need, staff polite, great location, walkable to the main town around 30minutes. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping more local to the hotel as well. Great to have an option of a more relaxed pool which I preferred. Only thing is at busier times it would be more helpful to have more staff on at the reception.

Good location if you want to travel around and visit nearby touristic attractions.
