Sol Torremolinos - Don Pablo

I was given different price on the website when I booked it but was overcharged me with £180 till I realised. Which they refunded the money and took ages to do that. No apologies or no compensation was offered by manager who was bit rude. Please do check when you pay at the property on arrival.

Fantastic hotel in a great position near the beach. Ideal for a relaxing break in lovely accommodation, we were on the 9th floor and loved it.

This hotel was right on the beach front and close to town, it was immaculate and clean. The attention to detail in the room was amazing and made it very comfortable for us. We booked a junior suite and looked forward to getting back to it and our very large bed for a relax. The shower was great too. It was quiet in the morning and during the night which makes a change to other hotels where we have been woken up by cleaning staff and noisy neighbours. We was only B&B but enjoyed the breakfast, coffe and juices and their was something for everyone. The staff are very friendly and happy all the time. We would reccommend and stay here again. We would probably book the Don Pedro in the same complex that is tailored to be adults only which would suot us better.

Fab hotel and stay, from location, vibe, food , enetrtainment to amenities , modern & clean asthetics . Very close to beach, airport and transport to Malaga. Great choice of adult entertainment. Staff was extra friendly and overall experience was brilliant as place is well managed . Our stay was birthday surprise and all needs described during booking process was catered for. Complimentary aknowledgment of person birthday and bottle of bubbly made it extra special during our stay , showing the customers needs are being met. I will give the Pablo 10 out of 10 with big thank you to all staff that made our stay special. I would consider coming back in summer to try outdoor swiming pools. Aditionaly hotel entry to complex is being guarded by security person and locked gate for extra security. I miss the place already. The Mirabel on reception was very kind , and housekeepers were lovely too. Night time entertainment Flamenco night and Estrella was brilliant. Overall very happy customer. One thing I would improve is indoor pool area , however that is located in don Pedro area of complex, and I guess it is on the cards for the future. Thank you for making our stay so special. Appreciated.

Large modern hotel in the beach with multiple pools, spa, gym, games and free nightly entertainment. The rooms are modern and spotless. The bed comfortable. Buffet meal plan is available at a reasonable price. The area is touristy and outside restaurants are pricy and not great. So, eat at the hotel unless you are touring the area. It's a fourth minute drive or 30-minute train to Malaga center.

Room was amazing...staff very nice and helpful

Well, first, the room: every hotel I have visited has AC and heating. Unfortunately, this brand doesn't have those services. We have to leave the balcony door open all day to keep the air cool. Also, my neighbor on the side of our room smokes a lot. We have to choose: leave the door open and smell the cigarette smoke all day, or close the door and suffer the room heat. I have requested assistance from the hotel, but they don't have any way to help. Regarding the second point, the room service isn't good; the food is always the same. The breakfast menu is two plates only and never changes. Dinner is the same, only one menu plate, disgusting, all amenities need an update On the other hand, the staff are very professional.

The Don Pablo is a fantastic resort hotel! The hotel is quite large, the amenities are plenty, the place is spotless. The food is also very very good with a selection for everyone. No wonder we keep going back ◡̈

The staff is very nice, the cleaning is one the best I have ever seen. The food was ok. It Is a very big hotel with many activities. I liked the decoration very much. And also I love the fact that all the swimming pools have the anti-vortex drain covers, which means they are very safe. I didnt have a lot of amenities as I booked a cheaper room.

Excellent hotel in great location. Staff are great. Room's were fantastic, very clean and great maid service. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge choice.

The hotel was very accommodating of our change of plans due to my wife’s health and went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t miss our booking. My only feedback would be that all rooms should have some basic amenities such as a kettle with tea and coffee or small complimentary bottles of water. Our room didn’t have anything and was a bit basic for a resort of this calibre.

Food is very poor, bland tasteless, no much options for vegetarians. Usually busy at the reception however, the staff is very friendly. The room was reasonable.
