Clean nice staff

Beautiful location, view and wonderful professional staff

Everything was perfect, just had to cut holiday short because of emergency at home.

Room was clean, comfortable, spacious the only problem we had is the live music. You can hear the music and its quite loud, so it wasn't easy to sleep. Everything else from food, staff ....amazing

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. It is in a beautiful location right on the beach with a lovely swimming pool and a very walkable promenade. We chose the half board option and found the buffet style dining good with plenty of variety. Our partial ocean view room although clean, was very basic and cheaply furnished for a 4 star hotel.

3rd stay here and never disappointed. Great location. Modern & clean. Wonderful breakfast. Very friendly staff

Beautiful hotel, very clean, amazing stay. Would absolutely recommend to families and couples or solo travellers. Lovely outdoor pool, as well as indoor heated pool, kids play area - both indoor and outdoor. Beautiful breakfast and snacks. No fault whatsoever.

Very beautiful hotel

We had the most relaxing stay. The hotel was superb. It was clean, comfortable and everyone was friendly.

This was our 1st stay at the hotel. Very impressed by the condition and cleanliness of the hotel. It was gorgeous. Our room was large and had enough storage space / tea & coffee facilities fot that morning brew. it also had itv1 and bbc1 which is something rare in hotels but appreciated watching gmb each morning. The breakfast was fabulous and all the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The cons- no aircon end March as hotel dosent turn it on till later in season we were roasting so didnt sleep well at all. We couldnt open the window as road was too noisy and even with patio window closed we could still hear traffic.it was single glazed. The drains kept making a very loud noise we worked out it was coming from above on other rooms really made me really jump waking me up. The lifts kept going up and down you couldnt get to where you were going at busy times mainly breakfast. I would stay here again but pick my months carefully cause of aircon and would request top floor .

The property was old but had a recent refurb. The gym was terrible. The rooms were the same standard as a trace lodge . And the breakfast was only average

Excellent hotel. Staff are all outstanding. We had an issue with our dates (a mistake on our part), and they were very responsive and helpful in resolving. Hotel is very well ran and very clean. In a great lication, and rooftop bar has the best views in town.
