A charming manager who greeted us and also managed the breakfast buffet - extremely hard working. Our room was immaculate and the location good. Only slight downside was that there was no parking at the hotel but there was free onsite parking nearby.

We had a very enjoyable week at this small hotel. Continental breakfast was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you, from the reception to the cleaner. It is a five minute walk to the wonderful Sardinero Beach, and buses run frequently to the city centre.

Well first of all I had given it a very bad rating because I believe that it is falsely represented on Hotel.com. Our room was located on the main floor with a window directly on the street. The mattress was sagging and should perhaps be replaced. The room was posted as superior and was accessed through a corridor behind the cubicle of the receptionist. This would not classify as a superior room in my opinion. We walked a fair distance to the location which seemed outside of Santander. However, in all fairness the room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

The triple room was very comfy and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything looked clean and organized. Nice location a short walk from the quiet end of the Sardinero. Easy street parking nearby. Would stay here again!

It was only for 1 x night so it was okay. I had a tiny room, just big enough for the bed and not much else, but availability was extremely limited at the time of booking. The bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom but modern and clean.The picture to the left was not the room I received! A small boutique hotel i guess is how you would describe it. In a good spot I believe, not far from the local pubic beach. Bathroom was relitively new but the bedroom walls could use some work. The plaster was a bit munted under the window which suggests water ingression. The window itself was big and thankfully opened outward as I don't use aircon.. On the down side the passage way between my room and another smelt of cigarettes...

Great little hotel conveniently located in Santander, close to Sardinero beach. Old town in walking distance (approximately 30 minutes). Hotel was very clean, nice bed, nice shower and bathroom. Supermarket around the corner, restaurants nearby. Very friendly owners. I would book there again.

The hotel was perfect for our needed, just stop to sleep. We arrive late, they tried to contacted me but My Ph # wasn't working, they left the keys with another person, so we have no problems at all. Breakfast is very simple, but was ok.

Such a great little hotel. Very close to beach and enough food options for an enjoyable stay in Santander. The staff are fantastic, super helpful and generous. The breakfast was simple but of high-quality and the coffee machine was available to guests at any time. Totally recommended.

First impression driving up to hotel was a bit shaky and driveway/parking was very narrow and a bit tricky to find a place to park. Once inside, great pleasant surprise. Totally recently renovated and nicely appointed. Great staff!! Breakfast was wonderful and 24/7 access to coffee & tea was greatly appreciated.

This small hotel is located away from the main road. Street parking was easy. Sardinero beach is a 10 minute walk away and the bus stop taking you into Santander is 5 minutes away. We received a very warm welcome, with lots of advice on what to do in the area, eg a boat trip around the bay. The room was beautifully presented with a modern bathroom with a large shower (and a Jacuzzi bath in the room). Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice, and there is a 24 hour coffee machine available. Highly recommended.

On arrival we were greeted by one of the hotel's staff who went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, she spoke several languages and had an amazing l9cal knowledge and sense of humour. The room was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. Really big bathroom with rain flow showers. The breakfast was extensive. All in all an amazing stay and start to our holiday. The location was out of the business centre of Santander but a short walk to the main beach. The area is quiet with little traffic noise.

Great stay! It is a small hotel (~10 rooms) recently renovated. Everything is great about it: Very friendly and helpful 5-star staff, cozy room but very nice, great breakfast buffet included, close to the beach! ... I think it has been one of the best hotels I have ever been! Go for it!
