Greeted by poo in toilet. Bedside Light plug was broken and dangerous , telephone in room was not working so had to walk to reception. There was a leak in the room so I was greeted with a pool water . 5 night stay of which circa 2 days I had a bucket to catch the water. They provide shampoo and conditioner but no body wash. Towels are thin and your provided one towel each but towels are rough. Furniture in room broken and nails were visible. Patio door did not lock as lock was broken. The room smelt awful. Dirty iron which ruined white linen trousers. I would never stay in this hotel again I suspect it’s been awarded a4 star because of the spa. Staff appear not to care! I booked two junior suites with spa access and this was a waste of money. The rooms were not very clean. Very disappointing stay. Hot Breakfast was cold they provide a microwave but regardless of time it was always dirty. Good tea and coffee selection

The spa was included in our visit and that was the best part of our stay. Limited staff around, no omlettes, breakfast average, rooms need updating and maintaining, bar was closed so nowhere to relax other than room, felt a very corporate style hotel. Not one for a holiday maker.

Great that you can combine a stay at the hotel with free spa access. Despite seeing reviews which say that the staff are unhelpful and offhand we found that the reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area . The breakfast was varied and of a decent quantity and the Spa is an experience worth having !

Had a lovely stay in the hotel. The only complaint we had was the food in the restaurant was cold. Dinner started at 8pm and we sat down at 8.15 and all the hot food on display was stone cold and it was the same at breakfast the next morning.

The hotel was very good, would be great if they had coffee machines in the bedrooms. Lovely walks around the area.

The food was much improved since our last visit. The spa included in stay was great. But the reception staff where unavaiable and unhelpful when you found one, and did not advice on any services avaiable Or help when keys did not work. Young and unexperienced, felt we where a hinderence.

Stay here regularly and still at the standard we are used to, no problems.

Very nice staff

The staff are very helpful. Our balcony in the room over looked the outdoor pool and the children were very noisy.

Hotel does look worn and could do with a revamp. However very clean , comfy beds and fresh towels everyday. Room standard overall was good. Really powerful showers and nice bathrooms. Staff serving at the pool bar were great. However the staff at the reception were quite rude at times and not very accommodating. There are minimal sunbeds for the size of the hotel but also the quality of the sun beds aren’t great. Good for a short break- don’t think you could stay a week!

Quality relaxing tranquil place

Staff were so rude. Barely spoke unfortunately and when they did they were not pleasant. It's a shame as really let's the hotel down.

We have stayed in this hotel on quit a few occasions and have never had any problems, and we have to say everything ok once again.

We stayed for one night only, wished we had stayed longer. We loved the spa. The rooms were very comfortable and the area is very quiet with some lovely walks. We will return but for longer next time.

Staff not very attentive in the bar area.could never find anyone when needed and when you ring the bell you can hear it ringing at reception but nobody cares.maybe also a course on making cocktails as it says its a cocktail bar but clueless. 5 euro a night parking but none of the electric sockets in the car park work so you can't plug in your electric vehicle. . Will not be staying here again.

Very enjoyable stay.

clean hotel, waited 10meetings to get room key while only receptionist talked on phone ,dining room no atmosphere resembled a school canteen, english breakfast was awful .no waiter service for evening meal,which is way overpriced ,,rooms have no character to them.no signs have any english on them, tv in rooms are only any use if your spanish is excellent ,outside bar great lots of sun loungers ,sp[a closed for couple of hours in afternoon,so disappointed with too many aspects, would never go again

Property was lovely and clean. Well maintained. One failing was that the pool did not open till eleven o'clock.

Fantastic spa facility and wide range of treatments available. Breakfasts were very good with ample choices. Fixed price buffet lunch option at weekend was very good value.

Meal were of good quality & plenty of variety. Staff very helpful. Spa & treatments very good. Room spacious & clean.
