• A tax is imposed by the local government and will be collected at the property. The tax is reduced by 50% after the 8th night of stay and children under 16 years of age are exempt. • A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 30 April, EUR 0.28 per person, per night , up to 9 nights, and EUR 0.14 thereafter. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 31 October, EUR 1.10 per person, per night, up to 9 nights, and EUR 0.55 thereafter. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.

• This property caters to guests 15-29 years old. Guests age 30 and over must present a Hostelling International or REAJ membership card at check-in. Membership cards can be purchased onsite for EUR 10 per person.

To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. It is the policy of the property that children under 14 years old can only stay in a private room and cannot be accommodated in shared dormitory rooms. Guests under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and proof of this must be provided on request. It is the property’s policy that children under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property without an accompanying parent or legal guardian. Guests are required to provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship and authorization upon arrival.
