lovely hotel ideally situated for marina and for village service slow in downstairs bar, need more staff The masseuse in the spa is amazing and highly recommend treatments there, she truly is a delight. Rooms were spotless Food was good really enjoyed our short break

Amazing break in this brilliant hotel, fantastic staff so friendly nothing is too much. Location ideal for everything around, €20 euros into Palma,€33 from the airport. Will definitely return.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds. Drinks were delicious. Only areas for improvement were that service was slow at times, no one greeted us at breakfast and the pool was ice cold

Lovely hotel. Great value in April. Friendly staff, facilities great. Worth upgrading room to newer decor. Only issue we had on the 6th floor was no water momentarily but it came back. Have recommended this hotel to my friends.

Staff at hotel are all so friendly and you make you feel very welcomed. Room was fabulous, with a ocean view which had been recently refurbished. Pool area nice and relaxing.

The room was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was amazing. The only complaint I have are the loud guests after 10pm 2 nights in a row. Other than that it was a 10/10 stay.

A perfect stay in a lovely hotel. Good breakfast, lovely pool area, nice location. Rooftop bar only open 2 nights a week, and we did wait 45 minutes for the drinks we had ordered (and chased up once) before giving up on them and leaving. The view was great though!

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel, we didn’t realise we arrived on their first day of the season but found everything to be organised, super clean, and the staff were all so friendly and polite which is really important to us. The pool area is very nice and was relaxing, and the bar staff were also super lovely and helpful (thanks for making my oat milk drinks!) The bedroom we had with a balcony was really nice, I would advise that unless you’re happy to sleep in 2 single beds as a couple. To ask for a double mattress topper, which we did. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Portals, we would be happy to return, thanks!

Lovely hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Felt very comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing and the spa facilitates were incredible! Would highly recommend and we would definitely return!

To get the negatives out the way first: the immediate location is just off the main road, all roundabouts and intersections, and you need to cross over and walk a few hundred metres down to get to the pleasant bit around the port/beach. Being not far from Magaluf it's a little more Magalufy than the prior hotel we stayed at just 2km East - both in terms of the immediate restaurants nearby and, let's face it, a certain ratio of the sort of guests staying at the hotel. However, the port area itself is very upmarket and sophisticated once you get down there, and the beach is amazing. Hotel is immaculately clean. Beautiful rooms. Amazing views from the rooftop bar. Was surprised that the pool closed only about 5pm (just as it's winter?). Gym is very basic. Overall it's the check-in experience, the vibe around the pool bar, and how excellent the staff are, which make this hotel more highly recommended.

We had a room on the entrance side of the hotel. We could see the ocean but would have liked a room so we could get the sun on the balcony in the evening. Next time I will request it. We could not fault this hotel for the cleanliness. All the staff greeted you and were always cheerful. The breakfast was amazing and such a fantastic choice, you could never go hungry.

Great adults only hotel with a roof top, stayed loads

It is a great hotel. New and modern and the staff was great. The room is great, with a very modern decor and fixtures. My only BIG complaint is that they make it look like the property is very close to the Portals Nous Marina and the beach; when in fact it is around 3/4 of a mile from them. To reach the marina and the bars, restaurants, and the beach, you have to walk down a road that spirals around three hills (and up when you go back). If you have difficulty walking up and down hills; I would not recommend this hotel. Otherwise, it is a new hotel, elegant, clean, with great amenities.
