Please be careful, with this place, no parking, next to school with little kids …extremely loud in the morning hours and same at night screaming, car’s horns. The room have only one chair no table, bed isolation. Shower in the morning was only warm water not hot. Not fridge. The name is luxury home…..maybe luxury for homeless!!!! The room is worth $25 not more the tv is like computer monitor size!!!

I made this booking to secure a room for the night for my family and me. After receiving the confirmation email, I immediately tried to contact the hotel to arrange access to our room. I called the number provided several times — no one answered. I also sent messages through the hotel’s messaging system, with no response. When I couldn’t get in touch, I contacted Hotels.com support. Their agent also tried repeatedly to reach the hotel, but there was no response. By 9:00 PM on our arrival date, despite all these efforts, we still couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel to access our room. We had no choice but to book another hotel at our own expense just so we had a place to sleep that night. We did everything right: we booked, we got confirmation, and we tried through every channel to contact the hotel. The hotel was unreachable and effectively unavailable. It is completely unfair that we are being charged for this reservation. I have messaged the hotel requesting a refund — no response after 3 days. Hotels.com also tried, with no luck. This is beyond terrible service. Do not book here if you actually want a place to stay or want to avoid losing your money.

did not get the entry code, waited in front of building for more than an hour. No contact number or anything. Waited on expedia call center for 15 mins then got disconnected at point of teansfer to the nect department. Then after a chat with virtual agent on expedia, some host finally emailed us the code. Elevator not working, sheets were dirty, disaster by all means!

Amazing place and good willing to help

Property was a great location. Parking garage also close but beware if you have a larger vehicle.

Book this place if you can speak spanish !!!and doesn't care someone singing dancing loudly at 3 am right next to you.

Lovely stay in a nice quiet location in Triana. The room had everything you need and was very clean. Just a short walk over the bridge to the centre of town

Nice clean room, great size bathroom. Very good location and easy access. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The only complaint I had was there are no wardrobes. Bizarely the tv was atop a shoe cupboard. Lovely place though and we highly recommend it.

Amazing hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed at!

The place had only recently opened, so there were a few teething matters which were quickly resolved. The reception was lovely - very friendly, and indeed we were greeted with a glass each of chilled wine - just what was needed at the time. We were provided with some really useful local tips - places to see, inexpensive non touristy restaurants. A plus (to me) were the shutters - they kept the room cool, and the mornings dark and reasonably quiet - our room looked out over the local lane which was busy but not noisy. Nearby underground parking without paying a small fortune was also a plus. As it states in the conditions, reception hours are limited, but for us that wasn't a problem. We'd definitely stay again.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El personal fue atento y amable en todo momento, lo que hizo la experiencia muy agradable.

Buena experiencia. Si no estás acostumbrado o no te gusta relacionarte por Wattsup te va a costar un poco, si estás acostumbrado perfecto.

Appartamento nel Quartiere Triana a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale. Posizionata tra i 2 ponte Isabela e San Telmo. Lungofiume quasi difronte alla Torre d'Oro

Très bon hébergement, proche de tout, pas loin du centre ville. La chambre était propre et bien accommodée et le personnel au petit soin pour nous :)

Fantastiskt boende. Tillmötesgående och trevlig personal. Fick hjälp med tidigare incheckning utan problem. Rent och fint.

Muy limpio, bien comunicado

La habitación bienn Pero el no disponer de aparcamiento, y serviciocafe mal.

La ubicación es buena , cerca de los sitios de interés , y buenas terrazas y restaurantes . Siendo crítico constructivo y justo , no está nada mal el alojamiento , pero aparcar es dificilisimo y el parking de pago nos costó 43 euros por unas 38 horas . El colchón del apartamento del bajo es muy blando y las almohadas mejorables . Sugerencia ,abrir entrada de aire en el patiecito central para que se ventile mejor
