The pools were very nice and the hotel had a lot of activities. However, it’s about a 30 minute walk from the beach and not an easy 30 minute walk you’re scaling down like three mountain sides. Also the Wi-Fi was very poor and didn’t work for half of my stay. I didn’t really like that reception wasn’t 24 hours Especially since my Wi-Fi didn’t work. I also couldn’t call a cab to get to the airport and reception wasn’t open to help me.

Given a ground floor appartment. The people above us was dragging chairs and banging on the floor. Really noisy. We asked to please be quite. Nouse started at 7am. Again when we was lying down in the afternoon. The stack pipe from anove woke us up in the middle of the night if the upstairs people used the loo. Our bedroom was connected to the bathroom with a sensor light that stayed on for 2 mins if you moved in your bed making it like the eluminations of blackpool. Never again

Place is really clean and modern, nice and quiet by the small pool Lots of steps around but nothing unmanageable. Never eat in there so can’t comment on food but great base in a good location.

We stayed in 13A. A basic, no frills apartment. Plus’s-spotlessly clean and very quiet. Not for us, wouldn’t stay again.

Everything was as expected for a 3 star property except the pools. The photos are very misleading, both pools are much smaller in size than they appear in the pictures. Otherwise a nice place to stay with excellent staff.

Was staying at this hotel for a week + on monday maid told us hotel closing need to move to same chain but had to pack food and everything to the lara when in the lara it was loverly looking untill we looked out the bedroom window to find they moved imigrants it to the hotel we moved from just a metal fence between us did not sleep that well because of this we lost that day by moving etc thought this not that good as they must of know before the monday morning

Pleasantly surprised on location and atmosphere. Quiet side of hotel , well appointed apartment with all we needed and although Europa Centre opposite, we were not at all bothered with noise/music etc although it was going on but not too loud. No pool bar or music which was fantantastic. Only gripe is that beds were squeaky so every time you moved you squeaked! However, this said we were nicely tired most days -due to up hill walk from Marina/beach,lots of sea air-so that this didn't bother us too much but would something that could drive some people crazy. Cleaning staff helpful, respectful and did a good job. Reception staff could possibly benefit from customer focus training-they rarely acknowledged us and did make you feel like you were interupting their social conversations/telephone calls if you wanted to talk to them. May just have been us!! Yes-all in all a great chill out holiday

Nido del Aguila is not actually in Puerto Rico but in the next small resort of Amadores. Amadores is a clean but small resort but has a lovely beach and some reasonable eateries. Appears to be geared up for Scandinavians. The apartments are at the top of some very steep hills; not suitable for the infirm, although taxis to the resorts close by are very cheap and plentiful. The apartments, although clean, do need some TLC; our apartment needed new blinds. The beds were a little hard and uncomfortable but clean. Maid service every day. The wet-room was a good addition. Staff were friendly and happy to help (we needed a new kettle as it leaked and some more pillows; sorted efficiently and with a smile!). Our apartment faced the restaurant and the terrace did not see the sun all day. With entertainment at the restaurant it was a little noisy at times but this did finish by about 11 so sleep wasn't disturbed too much. We were self-catering so didn't use the restaurant at the hotel although the food looked fine. The Europa shopping and eating complex is close by (5 mins level walk) but is geared for the tourist. You can get any food type you like there with or without entertainment. There are better traditional restaurants at other resorts not too far away by taxi/bus. There are two pools but we didn't use them but were frequented by others. If you only want a budget room and don't expect 5-star this place is fine, but if you like more comfort stay elsewhere.

Receptionist was excellent, hotel is very basic but has everything you need. Food was ok. Could have been cleaner, there was a stale smell when we first went in which disappeared when the apartment was aired. The Hotel is situated in a quiet area at the top of the resort so it will take 20 min walking downhill to the beach and about 35 walking back up a very steep hill. Handy Spar Supermarket beside reception. Overall it is cheap budget accomodation but they need to improve cleanliness

Very good hotel with nice view. I could probably join back this hotel. It is quiet enough and it has good food.. I suggest people to go there if they want something cheap and good

Rummet låg helt i skugga , luktade mögel, badkläder och handdukar torkade aldrig. Oengagerad personal, trevligare personal i restaurangen men tråkig lokal och ingen variation på maten.

Borde göra en lista på vad som ingår i All inclusive när det gäller Baren. Annars utmärkt

Al reservar desde la página de expedia el hotel tenía habitaciones todo incluido y al llegar solo tenía incluido el desayuno. Una decepción enorme!!

Una Experiencia Muy Buena, para Repetir

El alojamiento a sido espectacular. Pero no me gusta gusta que tenga que depositar fianza por el alojamiento.

Hvis man velger et rom i andre etasje så blir det mer luftigere. Vi hadde denne gang et rom i første i en krok. Ble veldig rått om natten .
