I like the hotel the fact has a great location, close to water park, transport and Supermarket. The staff were incredible very helpful and attentive and definitely I will stay for next time. Thank you

Nice standard of new accommodation that also doubles up as student accommodation. Friendly helpful staff at reception and the hotel is very near the Empalme station. There is a restaurant that does a buffet style breakfast and evening meals. There are some restaurants and bars around 10 minutes away, although I dare say most will opt for the short journey into town. Overall a good place to stay in Valencia.

I didn't like that I had gotten a room that was shared with another room. I read the description from the website and never got the impression that it was a shared bathroom and shower and kitchen. For me, it was okay because no one showed up in the other room, but it kept me on edge because I never knew if I was going to have someone showing up. Other than that it was quiet, felt safe, breakfast was great, and it was really close to the metro station and bus stops.

This place was spotlessly clean! Quiet. Well located. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. Nice roof-top pool. Superb value for money. Only downside - no bar.

This is not necessarily bad, but it might be important to some. Since the property is devoted mostly to be a student residence, there is no bar and food is only served at certain times. While there are some food options within reasonable walking distance, they are not really close. All in all, it will depend on your reason to be in Valencia.

The property was good and it was located right by the metro however there is nothing else around the property. Room was spacious.

The only reason I chose this hotel was because it is close to Valencia conference centre and When I made the booking other surrounding hotels were fully booked. The hotel room stinks, Wi-Fi didn’t work, the television didn’t work, the cups were dirty, etc. very bad experience, will never return.

L’hotel est pratique car station Empalme avec plusieurs lignes métros jusqu'au centre de Valence en seulement une vingtaine de minute, et 40 min en métro de l’aéroport. Niveau restaurant c’est pas le top mais ça passe et petit déj c’est extrêmement basique, peut mieux faire mais ça passe aussi mais seulement pour quelques jours, plus une semaine et on sature je pense. Il y a une salle de sport avec de bons équipements, de quoi faire des lessives. La piscine sur le toit est assez petite pour le coup, trop de monde et c’est pas possible. Il faut y aller à l’ouverture. Les horaires de petit déjeuner et d'ouverture de la piscine devraient être élargis, surtout pour la piscine 9h c'est trop tard et 20h30 beaucoup trop tôt. Niveau des chambres, j’avais une chambre avec 2 p'tites chambres avec lits une place et télé chacune, armoire, miroir, et salle de bains, toilettes et kitchenette partagée. Idéal pour un voyage entre amis. Toilettes séparées de la douche c'est bien, par contre le lavabo hors salle de bain c’est pas pratique. Niveau kitchenette on a un frigo, un lavabo et un micro-ondes mais pas la moindre vaisselle. (Il faudrait dégivrer les congel des frigos). Il y a un parling payant. Le personnel de ménage de mon étage, incroyable. Au niveau de l'accueil, j'ai pas trouvé les gens accueillants, j'ai eu les clés et j’ai dû poser des questions sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel alors qu'ils auraient dû eux en parler. À part ça, les locaux sont neufs, très résidence étudiante effe

Hotel nuevo y muy juvenil, es también una residencia de estudiantes. Buen gimnasio y buena piscina. Bien insonorizado y en una zona muy tranquila y bien comunicada tanto en coche como en transporte público.

Das Zimmer war nicht wie beschrieben und beim Frühstück wurde vom Hotel sehr viel gespart. So gut wie kein Auswahl und jeden Tag das gab das Selbe zum frühstücken und das Essen war nicht lecker .
