VAS MALAGA CIUDAD

The shower head was broken. I reported it and by morning they gave us a new one. A small TV which was busted but we could care less. The staff were generally nice and responsive. We never stay in Hostals but Malaga is full of tourists and price are elevated too much.

Reason for visit was for a hospital appointment. Hostal very close to hospital, excellent cafe/restaurant close by.

Location good. Noise from lift and other guests a bit of a nuisance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would hsve been nice to be able to make a coffee in room. Room was spotlessly clean.

I've stayed here 3 or 4 times for 5 nights each time & I like it. It feels like a hotel minus the meals which I don't believe they do. It's only a short walk to the metro station & 3 stops to the main train & bus stations. The room was spacious especially the bathroom & the shower was perfect. Good wi-fi. The only downside is that the price increased quite a bit. I'd love to stay here when I visit again next year but may have to consider elsewhere depending on the price.

Whilst slightly out of town easy access by Metro or a 25 mins. walk. I pleased to find it very Spanish. A good Restaurant one side, supermarket the other and in case of the unexpected, a hospital over the road. What could be better.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. Nice place which is near some shops. Only a few minutes walk to the Metro & a bus stop almost outside. The bathroom is very small with barely any room to sit on the toilet & I'm not a very big person. I'd already booked to stay here in September although the price is nearly twice as much. In hindsight I should've tried somewhere else but I do like it here. They were happy to look after my bag after my early arrival.The wi-fi was always very good reception.

I loved the fact it was so very Spanish. Clean, well priced with lovely staff. I would stay again and recommend the hotel to family and friends

The rooms are very clean Very helpful staff The location is not very good but you have access to the metro station and bus stops easily.

Great location with a public bus stop right at its door. Spacious, secured and free parking lot on the premises. Rooms are basic but clean with plenty of hot water. Staff is very friendly.

Great for quick 1 niter. Away from City center but there is a subway stop nearby that takes you to City center within minutes. Room is small, and bathroom even smaller, but again, it serves its purpose, quick inexpensive place to sleep and shower. Room with air and own bathroom, can't beat that. Lots of local restaurants.

The hotel is nice and nice staff. The room its ok and The good thing its theparking, it always had available spaces. I supposed because it was September though

It was easy for us to get to most of Malaga amenities particularly the bus, rail and metro networks.

Very clean hotel, absolutely helpful staff and very good location- not so far to the city centre. A lot of shops around and restaurants, shops for quick meals as well .

It was a wonderful experience. The place was clean and the staff were very charming. The area was a bit far from the centre but it was at least quiet n the bus service was very effiecient

If you're willing to stay a little far out (2-3 miles) from Málaga's city center, this hotel is an outstanding value. I stayed here for 6 nights in mid-May 2018. The wi-fi is lightning-fast and my room included a writing desk, great for me since I spent a lot of time on my laptop. My room, including the bathroom, was spacious. I particularly liked the window shade, which completely blocked all light, making sleeping here very cozy. Hotel is far from the main tourist sights in Málaga, but these are a short (15-20 minute) ride away on the #14 bus. There's a supermarket on one side of the hotel and a cute restaurant on the other, and there's a laundromat just up the street. Noise from the nearby apartment building and from other units in the hotel can be an issue, so bring earplugs. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Shower temperature and water pressure were fine. I do wish the shower stall had shelves to hold shampoo, etc., however.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, with several restaurants nearby. Not that convenient to the historical sites. Staff were very helpful.

Great location, taxi’s and grocery store next door. Comfortable room and beds. Would definitely stay here again.
