The room and accomodation was very clean, and that’s a HUGE plus for me but what I did not know is that this is a student stay… So the room did not had ANY equipment or amenities besides a microwave and fridge (other than shown on the pictures). The pool is only for long stay students and you can not use it all day long. You get 2 towels and 1 toiletroll, they don’t clean/change them. There is a garage that you can use so that was nice. The location is also good if you want to travel around. Big shopping centre nearby, a local market on saturday in the street behind the accomodation and lot’s of foodchains and supermarkets. The staff is nice but when I checked in I got zero explanation about the stay, but I guess if you asked them they something they are happy to explain. They speak good english. So if you are looking for a very basic stay and don’t mind being around students, this is your place. But if you are looking for a nice and cosy stay where you really get that hotel/vacation vibe, this is not it.

Hotel para estudantes, porém o apt é legal. Só não tem loucas, talheres, faltou travesseiros. Toalha só tinha de rosto .

En general, mi estancia ha sido agradable. Sin embargo, hay algunos aspectos que podrían mejorarse. Por ejemplo, se solicita el envío de una foto del DNI de forma online, pero al llegar al establecimiento, vuelven a pedirlo y lo escanean. Esto genera la impresión de un proceso burocrático innecesario, que podría simplificarse para mayor comodidad del huésped. Además, aunque habíamos reservado para doble ocupación, solo encontramos un juego de toallas y no había suficientes amenities, como jabón y champú, para ambas personas. Considero que estos pequeños detalles podrían mejorarse para ofrecer un servicio más acorde a las expectativas de los huéspedes, quienes no necesariamente son estudiantes, sino viajeros acostumbrados a los estándares de un hotel o hostal.
