Enough space. Right at the first use, the shower head broke. I knocked at some door where I heard noises and reported it. It was dealt with by the time I came back. Now the head had a split through which the water sprang sideways. Deceiving room description and photos: they said windows to interior yard, while they gave to interior shafts; the bedroom one practically gave to an extremely narrow cwment tube. The curtains had to be pulled all the time and it was hard to air the room. You felt like in prison. Stressful check-in conditions, 20 min slots. You miss your slot, you might be waiting indefiniteley, as they warn you in a welcome e-mail. There's no reception desk. You have to call them on the phone to come and open when you get there, as you don't know . They have strict hours for calling for non-emergency situations, or you get "fined" 30€. Up to hem to decide what constitutes an emergency. I had extremely noisy neighbours for one night, I called the contact no and they said they'd intervene. Nothing changed. There's no room cleaning during your stay.

Was there for 2 nights and it was in a good location for metro ,shops and sight seeing

The staff was very nice. I needed to do some washing and the washer and dryer were awesome. The area was in a convenient place.

I liked the location close to restaurants and grocery stores. I didn't like how cab drivers responded when I and my wife arrived on separate days.

Very clean spacious apartment. Friendly check in. You have to be clear on time of arrival as there is no reception. The location was fantastic, right next to all the tapas bars of La Latina. However it was very noisy outside in the streets late into the night - including outdoor live music just round the corner- so if you are a light sleeper it might not be for you.

We also recommend other accommodation in their apartments.

They say the first impression is what counts, well, our first impression was not the at all what we expected. The person who was supposed to do the check in was not helpful at all, she was not willing to honor the time that we had set up for our check in. We knew that we had a triple reservation made and paid for by one person but it was disregarded and because we insisted on it, we were threatened to not being accepted as clients, eventually sometime later we were giving the attention we deserved. The rooms seemed to be in good order except for one that the shower head was hanging and we were not able to keep it in the proper position. One more item of concern was the fact that if you need it help of any kind, it would be very difficult to reach someone to help you with your need, so we didn't even try

Great location. Close to palace, cathedral, Plaza Mayor and tons of restaurants. Only drawback was check-in. We arrived in Madrid early, but were not able to check-in (or leave luggage) until 3PM.

The property is very well located. You are 10 minutes away from every key area of Madrid. However, the apartment was really smelly (I think something about the drain pipes is wrong) and the neighbours were very noisy.

Good: Great location. Quiet at night(except for neighbors' noise from thin walls & ceilings). No early check-in but smooth transition getting in & out. Heating worked well. Requested a electric kettle which was provided. Bad: Terrible sewer smell coming up from sink and shower drainage in the bathroom which stunk up the whole living room every time we opened the door. Called the customer service, they just sprayed air freshener. Called again, they came next day(I assume) and used some kind of strong chemical which made it worse. The sewer smell came back as it was obviously a plumbing issue. Weak or no internet. There were multiple wifi in the building but all of them were very weak and slow. No internet in the bedroom. On the last two days(weekend), we had no internet even in the living room. Called the customer service, nothing was done. We had to go to a cafe. Stayed 4 nights but only got 1 set of towels. You have to request a replacement and wait for the next available maid service. The water heater doesn't heat up fast enough for two people. After my husband took a shower, I waited an hour which is usually long enough, yet didn't get enough hot water to even wash my hair. The bedroom window near the headboard had a see-through curtain only. When the upstairs apartment left a light on, we had the bright light from that window beaming at our eyes all night. No condiments in the kitchen other than salt. The coffee maker is a type of moka pot, not a coffee machine.

This property is an excellent location for restaurants, shops, La Latina metro and walking distance to the many of the major tourist sights in Madrid.

Pro: .great location + nice view Cons: .bed bugs! (On the blanket I found in the closet, which I rolled up to use as a pillow, because I was denied an extra pillow, had to use only the paper thin 5 euro Primark one they have in the room.) .arrogant, indifferent staff!!! .can be noisy when street containers being emptied or front door is being opened/closed at night .not so clean

Everything we needed and great location. Walkable to many of the main tourist attractions, good food locally. Very happy.

Compact apartment close to the heart of la Latinas. Go out the front door and turn left and left again, you're in the lovely plaza la paja . Take a right and you're in the heart of la Latinas
