VR OBREGON APARTMENTS

At first,we were provided a room which did not match the one shown as the pictures on Expedia’s website. The one we supposed to book was 2 bedroom apartment, however, It is so small , there is no door of the bedrooms , no living area. It should only be called studio. We tried to contact the host , they were not very helpful at the beginning, saying the pictures are taken from different apartments, after a long communication, they move us to a bigger apartment which is better. We just want to warn other guests, the apartment may be ok for a couple or small family, but it is not a 2 bedroom apartment. The facilities are very new., location is convenient.

Beautiful apartment, good location in walking distance to shops and restaurants .

In a neighbourhood with good food, close to Mercadona, essily walking distance to 2 metro stations. 2 stops away from Sol station. Laundry can only be done between 9am to 9pm, and is shared between 6 units. There are lockers for luggage if you arrive earlier.

Very nice and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was better than we expected and everything worked out perfectly. The metro was very close but we also enjoyed our walk to the center. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Madrid!

The apartment is nice, but it's not well distributed, there is a huge tv that you hit your head with all the time, instead of the sofa bed there should be a bunk bed and the dining table could be a square one located in the corner so that you can move through the place without bumping into everything. Kitchen is good. Washer and dryer outside are a joke, you have to share with the whole building, you have to figure out how to put a cycle for the washer, is so modern that is ridiculous to understand and the dryer does not dry, I spent 3 hours at night and clothes were wet, went to sleep had to get up really early to dry again and spent 2 hours and they were still wet so I had to dry what we were using that day with the hair dryer, we only had a day and a half in Madrid and wasted so much time doing that stupidity. Also shower is coming apart.

El apartamento está bien y la ubicación es muy buena. El sofá cama es un castigo, es muy difícil dormir en él y levantarte sin dolores. Han puesto una colchoneta tipo colchón pero se te clavan las barras del sofá. La TV está encima del sofá, es difícil de ver salvo que te sientes en la encimera. Hay una lavadora para 6 apartamentos por lo que he puede pasar, como a mi, que esté ocupada todo el día. En la habitación no hay fregona. Pero si te da igual la TV y no piensas usar el sofá cama es muy recomendable.

Muy recomendado el espacio para alojarse, el tema del sofa cama se está resolviendo parcialmente con una colchoneta que lo hace mas cómodo para descansar, respecto a la ubicación es muy buena,. Lo único que es regular es el tema del Wifi, se desconecta constantemente.
