We loved our stay at Ceylon Olive. Kumudu & Era could not have done more for us during our stay, even when I had made a mistake about booking the wrong room; they quickly helped us move to another. They helped us book excursions and recommendations on where to eat or visit. We would love to come back and visit in the future! Thank you for making our first trip to Sri Lanka so special!

An absolute Amazing place to stay.

Ceylon Olive, Galle was a secluded place and the room spacious and the shower area was very creative with a different experience. The garden had a lovely green foliage surrounded by trees and local flowers.The owner was very helpful and we stayed in the premises to have dinner there. We enjoyed the delicious food prepared and the following morning we had to leave early and the owner prepared us a local bread with coconut and onion chutney to takeaway for our sperm and dolphin trip.It was amazing the food and we felt it had a personal touch that made our stay a memorable one. Thank you again. The only thing we were concern we had a couple of mosquitoes in the room. Otherwise, we highly recommend this place to stay..

We had a fantastic stay at Ceylon Olive. Enjoyed the greenery, natural and relaxed setting with outdoor patio that is perfect place for breakfast and afternoon tea. What makes it special is the owner’s personal attention to make the stay comfortable for his guests. The guest room has all necessities and comes with delicious breakfast - we also liked authentic Sri Lankan dinner made to our dietary needs.

excellent hotel villa, a surprise and highlight of our trip to sri lanka. it's located a distance from the city centre which but only gives a nice feeling rather than inconnvienence. only two villas in a lovely garden where you can find peace with trees, flowers, birds, monkeys and squirrels. the design of the house is one of its highlights, which mixes traditional factors and decors with simplicity and contemporary materials, such as cement. the bath room in the back of the room in half open air is a brilliant idea - imagine you bathe under the starry sky. it is run by the owner and his family, and service and breakfast are excellent, very friendly but also professional. it values more than its price!

Very friendly host, excellent breakfast. Hotel is very new, some rooms not yet ready. Nature around. Quiet to sleep.

Dette hotel er noget helt specielt. Vi havde et værelse på 3 sal med egen terrasse. Vi havde et alle tiders kæmpe tre lige uden foran og om morgenen, da vi skulle spise morgenmad, var aberne meget interesserede. Det var en morgenmad, som var inklusiv i opholdet, men det blev bragt til værelset til aftalt tid og man kunne komme med ønsker om preferencer. Tillige fik vi en mygge skåner. Vi havde brug for transport og stedet havde en mand ansat, der gerne kørte os til adskillige oplevelser og endda også til næste hotel. Om aftenen bestilet de på vores opfordring mad ude i byen efter deres anbefaling og det var lækkert, men hold jer fra Pizza Hut.Der blev taget vels imod os og da det regnede fik vi straks en paraply hver og en velkomstdring. Poolen var ret speciel pga fliserne og lå i en skøn have. Badeværelset var en oplevelse for sig. Delvist tag og ellers var haven og palmerne inddraget i badeværelset. Velfungerende

We stayed at the beautiful Ceylon Olive villa with our family, 2 adults, 2 children (9 and 13) for a week during our recent trip and enjoyed it to the fullest. Kumudu and his team were amazing and always friendly, attentive and helpful. For example, our oldest turned 13 during our stay and they provided a lovely celebratory breakfast for her with balloons, decorations and cake. Eran, one of the staff members, also took on the role as our tuk tuk driver, taking us to beaches every day, and local guide and we had an amazing day with him, exploring local sights, which was appreciated by every family member. We highly recommend the Ceylon Olive as a choice for your south Sri Lanka visit - the location is also great for exploring the Galle area, with most sights never more than 15 minutes away.
