Staff were amazing. Admits corona issues they treated us very well.

It's great hotel to stay, but some small hick-ups. Rooms were not ready when we arrived even we called them in advanced, but hotel staff made it quickly. A/C not working properly I was the host for the bookings had to move few times until it was become acceptable condition.

It is fairly good. However the WiFi was utterly poor and no signal. TV entertainment was poor too.

This is our 2nd time to the property. We love this place. It is extremely clean, quiet, has great wifi wonderful happy friendly staff and a great generator when the power goes off. It’s also bug free

No hot water .

I loved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful! Lahr, the restaurant manager was amazing! Always a smiling face! The pool was beautiful, the room clean and cozy! Housekeeping was so kind and hardworking! I would book this hotel again in a second! 😊

A clean and well maintained property run and maintained by a group of friendly and professional staff. A special mention should be made of the front desk staff that make the stay at this property a pleasant experience.

Very attentive and friendly staff and a good breakfast but the hotel itself needs a bit of an update. Amongst other things our room wasn't ready when we checked in (after check in time), there was never any pool towels and the WiFi kept dropping out. None of these are huge issues individually but together they were somewhat annoying. Can't fault the staff though, they couldn't have been better.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, pool was lovely although needed more shade, rooms were cleaned daily,buffet breakfast had a lot of different food to choose from, overall stay was great

Nice clean hotel, value for money. Very good service, all staff very friendly and helpful, particularly Prasanna and Dilanka who served us at the restaurant. A big thank you to the chef as well. Will stay again.

3 star hotel that felt more like 4 stars. was immediately offered a cold towel and drinks upon entering the hotel premises and that was really pleasant after a long bus ride from ella. premises have a chill vibe and room was comfortable. staff were always warm and friendly. there was a gym with a treadmill which partner used and also a swimming pool. hotel is near main street and close to surf shops and good eats would definitely recommend staying here if looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay in arugam bay.

Good location, seemed well-maintained. Included breakfast was nice and the employees all were quite friendly.

Rooms comfy - AC working. Good position just over road from beach. Welcome was good from reception Unfortunately we were placed in an interlocking room with a door into another room (that wasn't occupied by our family) which we felt invaded our privacy, especially as our 'neighbours' were turning the handle. I asked for our room to be changed but the staff were unable to support the request as they were full. On Sunday afternoon when we fancied a break from the sea we returned to find a full pool party in swing - very noisy music, and attracting mostly non-residents. Apparently the hotel has a nightclub currently under construction as well. When I asked reception about this I just got a "shrug" On our final night my young son came down with a "bug" and vomited all over the bedding, floors, wall etc. It was 3 am and I was unable to access clean sheets / cleaning products, and the security guard told me there was no one available. My visit to reception showed it was closed for the night. When i complained to the manager the next day about no overnight cover - he said i should have called the reception on the phone who would have put me through to housekeeping - although there wasn't anyone there when I walked down.

This hotel was exactly as it was shown and we thought it would be. All staff from management to the cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. We would strongly recommend this as a place to stay in Arugam Bay. Although not on the beach, it is within easy walking distance and the pool is ideal for families with young children.

Rooms spacious and clean, breakfast really good. Staff over attentive. Short walk to the beach (not beach side) but makes up for it with nice swimming pool and air conditioned rooms. Comfy beds. Good value and close to all restaurants. Recommended.

Too noisy. You can hear next door neighbour talking clearly. Hotel really need to improve the sound proof.

Extremely helpful and kind-hearted staff. They made sure our stay was comfortable. We regret we didn't stay more days there but definitely will stay in this hotel during our next trip.

We went on off season, best hotel in that area. Very nice pool. Good local food. Nothing negative to mention.
