This place is really amazing. Location is close from airport (about 15 minutes), the rooms are clean and we had the best mattress for a good night rest. The restaurant is really good and have lots of variety but the things that makes it exceptional is the owner and all the staff who works there. We had so much help to plan our trip and everyone is so helpful and gentle. We recommend 200% and we will stay there again for sure. If we could give more than 5 starts we would do it.

The guy at reception was attentive of my needs and sorted anything i asked.
I didnt like negombo but if you need to be in the area this place is good

A great place to stay in Negombo. Good value for money and staff were super welcoming and helpful. They try to ensure guests are as comfortable as possible. Location was very convenient with just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Highly recommend!

I have stayed here several times now and it never disappoints me. I always arrive in the middle of the night yet someone is always there to meet us and get us settled in. The staff are so lovely and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fresh and good. The pool is clean and well maintained. The location is out of the busy town which is what I like, but still within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Getting a tuk tuk into town and to the sights is easy and cheap.

We used this hotel as an overnight stop before our flight home. It is close to the airport and therefore very convenient. The hotel looks like it has been recently renovated but there are a few bits that still need finishing. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is only a few minutes walk from the main coast road where there are several restaurants to choose from. Breakfast is good fruit, yoghurt, toast and eggs of our choice. We needed to leave early and they had no problems with serving us at 6:30am. The hotel is very good value for money. It also has a very nice swimming pool, although we did not have the opportunity to use it.

The summer side residence was really nice after a long flight, just 25 mins from the airport,the breakfast of fresh orange juice, yogurt,tea coffee toast marmalade and eggs anyway you wanted them cooked was no problem at all for the lady who worked there,,the owner was a lovely guy as we're the rest of the staff and nothing was too much trouble for them, i would definitely stay there again! !

Hotel is about 20 minutes drive from Negombo (airport) on the north side. We paid 1400SLR for a taxi from the airport. Taxi found it hard to locate the hotel so it took us longer to arrive but it was all Ok.
We checked in at 3am and had no problems. Apparently our room had been overbooked but we were given a perfectly acceptable alternative in the property opposite. It's a basic hotel, as you'd expect by the price so no tea/coffee facilities in the room and only a bar of soap in the bathroom etc but it we clean and comfortable enough for the few hours we were there.
Breakfast of the standard fruit, toast and omelette was lovely and filling.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Location is lovely - not that we saw anything of the local area other than driving through when we left at 11am the next morning.
For the price I'd recommend this hotel. There were other European travellers staying there too

Stayed for 2 nights. Big clean room with king size bed and also set up a comfy extra rollaway bed for my friend.Air conditioning worked well, bathroom clean and shower worked. Family who own the hotel are very friendly and got up at 5am for check in as we arrived at the airport at 3:30am. Family also arranged transport for us to get to colombo at 5:30 the next morning. Breakfast was good fruit, tea, toast and eggs. Felt safe, 5-10 min walk to the beach.

Very good value guest house in Kochinkadee area of Negombo. Negombo is a beach resort very close to Colombo International Airport. This guesthouse is difficult to find on a small road about 5-10 minutes from the beach. We have stayed there before and has good facilities - a small pool, free wifi in reception areas, ensuite rooms have cable TV with some English channels, air conditioning and included breakfast.
