Best Western Hotel Bentleys

Considering the price, very nice. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Free coffee and tee at the lobby were a nice addition. Room was a bit too cold, though. Even with the extra heater that was in the room. Sleeping ok as the blankets were great, but floor was cold and staying in the wroom chilly. But overall a very very nice stay and location great!

Small single room was the small size I expected, so no complaints. Spotlessly clean. Very helpful staff. Good value. I will certainly go again next time in Stockholm. Recommended A+

This BW is great for the money, with fantastic breakfast, both in quality and variety, at no additional charge. It is in a safe environment and is within walking distances to many attractions. The only reason I gave it a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star is its guest room conditions. The standard room is as small as it can be, with a twin bed that does not feel stable. The bathroom is in a descent size, but the conditioner bottle was empty. Also the tissue box was not replaced once it became empty.

I stayed at this property several years back and had a decent experience however after my most recent stay I would have to say the place has gone downhill. The biggest problem with the hotel is their beds! It felt like I was sleeping on a bed made of bricks with squeaky broken springs. Stayed for three nights and each morning I woke up stiff and sore from the bed. Secondly, the breakfast was NOT GOOD, found black hair in the food not once, but on two separate occasions. The buffet consisted of slimy lunch meats, watery powdered eggs and cold dishes that should have been hot. I skipped breakfast on the last day all together because it was so bad. On a positive note; there are several breakfast options within a short distance from the hotel. I was given a room with a balcony on the inside of the building however it only had a door out to the roof and no window. This was a big problem because the room was hot and stuffy! If I wanted any airflow in the room, I was forced to leave the door wide open which directly gave unobstructed access to me and my room. However more practically speaking, if it was raining you couldn’t open the door or it would come right inside. To sum it up, I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful or safe stay!

Clean and big room. The breakfast is incredible. I will book this hotel again
