Just stayed for one night but it was very comfortable, the restaurant was excellent and the young man on reception went above and beyond in his assistance for which I am very grateful. The hotel is perfectly located to explore the centre of Lulea and having the parking there makes it very easy. Will definitely use again.

Slitet rum trotts att jag betalat för ett större deluxe rum. Blev ej informerad vid incheckning att man skulle be om städning. Priset för minibar saknades på rummet. Dålig belysning. Fallet på golv i dusch var undermåligt så det rann ut en hel del på golvet. Uppgradera badrummet med kanske en pall eller dylikt. En krok innanför entrédörren vore smidigt för att hänga upp jacka och skohorn. Att ha en fördelningsdosa hängande ned bakom tv vid skrivbordet var inte särskilt charmant.

Den veganska frukosten serverades i skymundan i ett litet svart kylskåp. Inte härligt upplagd och bara att ta för sig som resten av utbudet Det fanns ett pålägg. På tok för lite. Inget alternativ till ägg, naturell yogurt, våfflor, croissanter, varm choklad... Maten var otydligt uppmärkt. Havregurte fanns bara supersöta varianter av. Jag har ledsnat på att springa runt o fråga om maten å sen stå o vänta på svar. Jag betalar samma pris som alla andra och hade anmält i förväg. Mycket lyhört, glad att jag fick byta rum. Cykeln var svår att få ut. Dörrarna öppnades inte o lyset slocknade. Sadeln gick inte att höja.

Air conditionen gav ingen effekt så det var jättevarmt på rummet. Även på natten när det endast var 17 grader ute så var det cirka 27 grader inomhus. Då vi valde det här hotellet just pga AC så blev vi väldigt besvikna. Allt övrigt var verkligen toppen. Jättebra frukost!

The rooms and the hotel overall were nice, not at all worn out. The spa closed early so I never got a chance to try it and the gym was okay for a hotel. Only tried the breakfast and it was good. What I found bad was the cleaning, tissues and toilet paper ran out. No one ever came to clean the room or refill supplies.
