Wow! You really don’t see hotels like this in Sweden very often! Very high end. Every detail taken into consideration. Beautiful design, wonderful spa, spectacular views and great food! The service is painfully slow and ineffective, as expected in Sweden, but aside from that a perfect experience.

Great stay - second time for our family of five (2 teens and an 11 yr old) in 3br suite with comfortable privacy for additional relatives in third room. Restaurant in hotel is very good and we had great evening service in the Library. Very nice breakfast buffet. Cons: It is pricey to stay here. The location is out of the way and without a car it is expensive to take taxis to/from town for dinner and train. You also need to book well in advance. The swim/sauna/hot tub area was teeming with people and it was disappointing that you couldn't swim or even sit without bumping others.

Everyone was tremendously kind and helpful from the moment we arrived w the exception that there appears to be a policy of no early check-ins. We arrived around 12:30 and they were unable to accommodate us until our scheduled 15:00/3pm check-in time. We were told upon arrival that the room was vacant but they were just waiting to be cleaned- however there were no extra steps taken to have this done more efficiently for us. They did offer us time in the spa and we were able to eat in the restaurant but I’ve never had a hotel make me wait nearly three hours for a room to be cleaned. Also there were no washcloths or coffee in the room other than instant coffee. In terms of comfort, the beds were wonderful, everything was clean. We had to have an early check out and they even made us breakfast travel bags! Overall, once we were able to be checked in, our experience was excellent.

Spa and pool were wonderful. Breakfast buffet excellent. Ski depot convenient. Lovely quiet location with great view. Staff well trained. Only problem was cost. Food and drink were so expensive we had to eat elsewhere!

Nice hotel though. However the Hotel doesn't act like a true 5 star one as some facilities are needed to be renovated. Location is really uncomfortable as it takes ages to get to the town and return from the slopes comparing to the other possible options. Very nice food and nutritious breakfast,however there are not any fresh juices in the menus at all which has brought me down.

It is such a beautiful hotel with stunning rooms I wanted to move into! The design and architecture is very unique and so lovely. But the service was not great. The heat was not working properly, the staff seemed uninterested in helping at the bar and the front desk, and the restaurant was well below expectations. But overall, it was a wonderful stay.
