Beautiful room, delicious breakfast and dinner, kind and helpful staff. My room faced away from the street and was very quiet, aside from some slight ventilation sounds (similar to a laptop fan, so very easily ignored). The only area for improvement was the quality of the mattress and the bed linen. But overall, 10/10.

Everything is ok, but one things I will not liike , they have a kitchen but anything for cooking. They provide us food, I can't eat properly due to my different food habit. If they atleast give us knife, pot, chopping board,, we will be greatful.

No fridge which had been stated as standard for each room so our milk ( bought because they don’t provide any in the room) went bad. Bedside light didn’t work. Swimming pool, which was the main reason I chose the hotel was only available as part of a 3 hour spa pass for £23. I wanted a quick half hour swim each day but it wasn’t worth that price. Breakfast buffet was ok but food not renewed timely and staff seemed miserable and unwilling to help. Dinner buffet was less good with no choice of main dish other than a vegetarian option, no dessert at all and little choice of wine. Menu was not advertised in advance but I suppose as the meals were included in the overall room price there’s no incentive for improving quality or service. We were charged twice for a glass of wine but they grudgingly agreed to cancel the charge when we queried it. Well positioned on bus route 3 but quite a way out of the restaurant area if one wanted to eat elsewhere.

The spa was topnotch, spacious family room. Much cleaner hotel compared with many i have been in the past.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Scrumptious meal/dinner and fresh breakfast. I would strongly recommend this for people visiting Sweden/lund.

The room was perfect for two adults and two children. The room was spacious and the bedrooms were far enough apart for peaceful sleeping. The balcony was a nice addition. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent and had a good selection. Parking was a bit difficult when arriving later in the evening. We felt fortunate to find an open spot. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We had a Family room and it was huge - two separate bedrooms, a big sitting area, bathroom and nice balcony. The staff are great, facilities very good (pool, gym, games etc) and breakfast is good too. Overall an excellent and well-priced hotel that I would definitely recommend.

Emailed hotel three times to book spa slot. Spa was reason we booked hotel. Had first reply acknowledging request, asking for more details. Replied twice and had no reply. On arrival we were told no spa availability. Explained I had emailed 3 times. Eventually got a 7pm slot but we wanted an afternoon one when we had arrived. Told staff had been extra busy and couldn’t reply.
Room had stove and fridge. No plates, glasses, cutlery, utensils or pans. Partner went to ask. Told only bookings of 5 nights or more had these things!! Nothing in t & c’s.
Every time we went to reception staff were not busy, eating or drinking. When we checked out, 4 staff were sat eating at a table with a notice saying they’d be back soon. A total disgrace. Breakfast was good, room itself was comfortable. Shocking service. Won’t return.
