Vi bodde på Grand Hotell 25 juni. En fantastisk härlig upplevelse. Vid incheckningen möttes vi av två enormt positiva och hjälpsamma kvinnor, i restaurangen på kvällen var personalen lika trevliga och även kunniga gällande mat och dryck. Maten var av mycket hög klass och perfekt tillagad. Frukostbuffén var också väl tilltagen och god.
Vi kunde inte valt ett bättre hotell, allting var riktigt bra, vi återvänder gärna.

Very quaint historic hotel just off the beaten path in Marstrand. If you don't mind shlepping your bags up cobble stoned streets from the ferry -- and then up steep flights of stairs to your room (no elevator) -- then this old beaut will offer you a lot of comfort. The restaurant is outstanding for dinner, though the breakfast buffet is modest without any personalized table service. Nice park outside the front steps and super easy walking to anywhere you need to get on the island.

Vi havde booket 2 værelser, der viste sig at være af forskellig standard. Trods det, at de burde være ens. Det ene var fint, men besværligt med brusebad, da bruseforhæng enten hang inde i badekar, og hvis det blev hængt ud, blev hele gulvet vådt.
Det andet værelse var toilettet særskilt i 2 dele. WC i eget lille rum og bruser i en slags døråbning. Pletter på gulvtæppet og badeforhæng. En del larm om natten. Personale var venligt. Morgenmad fin. God restaurant.
