Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Restaurant was closed at night but that was not an issue. Room clean, and comfortable. Location was perfect. Far exceeded expectations

Hotel was great and they solved all problems. Original room had no airco, so they upgrades to a great room for the rest of the stay. Breakfast changed opening hours during our stay, only we recieven no notificaties. Again they delivered a little breakfast anyway.

Superb hotel. Comfortable rooms with high ceilings giving a roomy feel, shower like a pressure washer, staff that could not be more helpful, and located in the thick of the city, outstanding breakfast. The only downside, which is a really minor niggle, is the fridge in the room was practically pointless, but ice from the bar fixed that problem.

great old style hotel but still needs some updating. this was a suite so room was large, but bathroom very small. space was big but not necessarily usable. there was a turn table for albums but no albums, who travels with albums? why was this even there? why in a $650/night room do they only give you 2 coffee pods? what expensive is it to give you 4??? we were unable to drive up to hotel and had to walk a few blocks with luggage, think street in front of hotel (which is still a bit of a walk to door) is only for taxi/buses

Really loved this place and feel like I lucked out because I was able to get such a great price! It was clean, in a great location, and the decorations in both the room and the rest of the hotel were lovely. The hotel restaurant, Greta’s, was great too! Overall a great pick and I would love to stay here again!
