This stay was superb in every way. The price was very reasonable, even cheap, for the value received. Dinner and breakfast were both quality meals, and the room and total facility was excellent. Best of all was the staff, from check-in to checkout.

Excellent value hotel outside the centre. Room was spacious, with a small kitchenette and the location is quiet. Bed was very soft and not great for our backs. Reception staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Food was wholesome and tasty and saved us a fortune on eating out. Staff in the restaurant were slow to clear the tables. Both the bar and restaurant were a bit chilly and lacking in atmosphere. There is not much of interest around the hotel but the tram is very close and the whole public transport system is excellent.

Definitely raised the bar for quality standards all around. The included breakfast was great, but they also threw in a free dinner and late afternoon snack! Onsite gym & laundry was very convenient as was proximity to the tram stop and grocery store to stock the fabulous kitchenette. Above all else was the professional, knowledgeable, and helpful staff!
