The room is spacious and the hotel offers buffets for breakfast, lunch and maybe dinner. It is a very good and practical option if you need accommodation in Umeå.

If you want to be close to the university hospital the hotel is the best choice but other than this I would recommend central hotels. Old and basic hotel, especially the bathrooms are very old style. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast can be improved.

3 rum i sällskapet, 1 hade sura lakan, det stank surt om dem sedan.
Ej städat varje dag i alla rummen, sade till och det va en väldigt lam ursäkt med att det skulle noteras. Det hjälper inte oss.
De som fick städat och bäddat samt rena handdukar var nöjda.
Väldigt torrt bröd till frukosten.

Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Keine Schränke im Zimmer und keine Bilder an der Wand. Blick aufs Krankenhaus. Behindertengerecht (Familienzimmer).
Das Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir kamen zum Abendessen und hatten den vollen Preis bezahlt und konnten nur noch die Töpfe auskratzen. Es wurde nichts aufgefüllt.

Prisvärt hotell i utkanten av stadskärnan. Området är sjukhusområde och således inte så turistigt. Goda bussförbindelser direkt utanför hotellet, bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Hotellet är ålderstiget men rent och välskött. Enda egentliga negativa var värmen på rummet, bodde där sommartid och ventilationen lämnade en del att önska.

Vi hade struligt med rummen då det fanns personliga föremål i rummen vi skulle egentligen få, personalen hjälpte oss med att få en annan rum. Lite besviken på att det var dålig ventilation och ingen fläkt eller A/C då det har varit otroligt varmt. Frukosten har varit grym !
