This was a great overall hotel: very clean room, comfy beds, good breakfast, and a nice location. We spent very little time at the hotel, but really only saw hotel staff the day we checked in and at breakfast, otherwise, everything is closed and locked and there is a code to enter the hotel. A soda machine would be a good addition! Tack!

I stayed at the Gilett Hotel for 2 nights on a work trip. It’s a small boutique hotel in the middle of town within walking distance to the town centre alongside the pleasant river that runs through Köping. The room (#231) was small, but nice & served my purpose very well with a soft bed & comfy furniture. The bathroom was quite basic, but clean. The staff were excellent; very friendly & service minded. The breakfast buffet was typically Scandinavian and enjoyable. All-in-all, a very enjoyable stay
