Our stay at the Park Hotell was brilliant. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was good, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Getting to the hotel from the train station is an easy 3 minute walk. Downtown Lulea is just as accessible with a 5 minute walk. The beds were comfortable and the thermostat in the room worked very well. The only tiny issue was that the shower is European style (has no separate enclosure) but that's just the grumpy American in me speaking. Coffee and hot cocoa from the machine upstairs was a major treat and we looked forward to the fresh and interesting breakfast every day. Park Hotell gets major bonus points for allowing us to stash our bags until our train was ready to leave. That helped a ton!

Park hotel is an appropriate choice for a single person accommodation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not luxurious but good. Rooms are small suitable for just basic need for stay (shower, bathroom, TV...). The hotel is in a walking distance for the city center bus station which is great feature to move around the city. Also, there are two near supermarkets if you want to buy something.

Nice, ;clean hotel with comfortable bed. Our room is a bit small as we have 2 big luggages . There is a hot beverage area where guests can have coffee or tea anytime of the day. Staff is very helpful . Overall experience Good!!

The hotel it self was just OK. The room was very small and tight to have two single beds fitted into it. The breakfast was ok there was enough but nothing special. If it comfort you are after then this is not the hotel for you, however if you are on a budget and you are not fussy than this hotel will do fine. It is really a glorified B&B which is fine but it should not advertise itself as a hotel. Even as a B&B i thought it would have being over priced. The bathroom is small and has everything squeezed in on top of each other. Overall i would not stay there again.

Rent på rommet og god seng. Fellesareal var uryddig og trange. Store esker med tomflasker og annet rot sto lagret overalt. Generelt nedslitt.Spartansk frokost. Fint å kunne hente kaffe og te, når vi ville. Det var også et flott tilbud med kjøleskap/kjøkken, som gjestene kunne bruke. Svært sentral beliggenhet.

Vi kan inte rekommendera detta hotell då städningen av rummet är fruktansvärt dålig. Smutsigt och dammigt. Vi påtalade att toaletten var smutsig, de kom och städade. Men hela rummet är smutsigt och slitet. Även ventilationen är dålig. Mycket lyhörda rum.

Med tanke på priset så förväntade jag mig inte superhög standard utan var bara ute efter en övernattning. Dock hoppades man ändå på ett fräscht ställe. Städrutiner existerar nog inte över huvudtaget på hotellet. Dammtussar i förlängningsuttagen och stora hårtussar av ett ex antal tidigare gäster på golvet, i duschen och (!) i sängen. Förhoppningen är att sängkläderna har tvättats mellan olika hotellgästers vistelse. Badrummet var under all kritik. Stank av unket och mögel trängde igenom till hela rummet även när man stängde dörren. Toaletten var varken städad utvändigt eller invändigt. Att det var väldigt lyhört och att frukosten var lite spartansk, sånt kan man leva med. Men snälla, städa rummen…

Jag blev väl omhändertagen. Iom jag hade skadat foten, såg den mycket trevliga värdinnan till att jag fick rum på bottenvåningen. Hon gav mig god service. Förutom frukostrum fanns ett självhushållningskök som jag som ryggsäcksvandrare uppskattade.

Värden visade ganska stor likgiltighet och irritation när portlåset inte fungerade och ingrep inte när full gäst bankade på min dörr kl sex på morgonen två ggr fast han hade första parkett vid händelsen. Nej tack ! Inte bor jag där fler gånger. Sängen var bekväm - tills jag blev väckt .
