The hotel is easily accessible within the Sky City complex of Terminal 5. The room facilities are excellent and the room is sound-proof despite being located at a busy international airport. The reception staff are very warm and welcoming and issues are attended to promptly. I will always stay here anytime!

The room was fine for 3 adults although the 3rd bed was not made up, there were only 2 towels and the shower nozzle was unable to be connected to the vertical adjustment bar. The restaurant was quite good, the front desk and housekeeping were very attentative and quick to respond to our needs. Kudos to them.

The hotel is dated. There were no washcloths, the towels were thin and rough and the general condition of the room was worn down. The rooms look into a lit part of the airport lobby through oddly small windows (even if you book an upgraded "runway" view), so the effect is looking into a courtyard rather than looking outside.
The location is great (inside the terminal), but next time I would book a different hotel even if it meant a few extra minutes walk to my flight.

This is our second stay at this hotel. It is so convenient for easy access arriving and departing the next day.
Reception was excellent and the breakfast was satisfactory.
Only complaint is the small step up to bathroom. I stub my toe every time.

We arrived at 15:00 when the desk was not busy. A friendly clerk checked us in and answered questions about nearby shopping.
Out keys didn’t seem to work so I got new keys. Those didn’t seem to work either so I got the clerk to check the door. The door needed to be pulled while turning the door knob to gain entry. Not a big deal when you don’t have a month’s worth of luggage to handle at the same time.
Then we put our passports in the safe which was on the floor level of the bed side table. It failed to open and various staff attempted to use their limited tools to open it for the next 3 hours.
We had to call a neighboring Radisson to get support.
