The location is great…very walkable to Old Town. The one frustration was the lack of parking. We were directed to Stockholm Parkering…which turned out to be a nightmare. I spent several hours trying to sort out how to use it…there are no attendants on site…they charged me …then credited the charge without explanation…then put a ticket on my door….it went on and on!

I stayed in superior double room. It is quite small and the arrangement of the room was not I expected for a 22sqm room. Little window for natural light. Gym is like a box room, only 2 treadmills 1 bench and pulldown machine it feels very tight, no windows either. sauna is inside the changing room. Disappointed with hotel assistance as when you leave your luggage in the hotel they will just point you to a room where you store you luggage yourself, this feels somehow unsafe as guests have access to the luggage room with all people’s stuff inside.

The location is perfect for walking everywhere. The hotel itself is interesting because it seems to be made up of many other buildings joined together. Lots of nooks and crannies. The breakfast buffet is pretty amazing! The one negative thing is the shower glass wall doesn’t meet the floor so water runs out into the bathroom. A small flaw but irritating nonetheless. I would stay here again

Location was good, but no parking was an issue

The staff was very friendly and I really appreciated how conveniently located the hotel is in the city. Almost everything I wanted to do was either a 20 minute walk or 15 minute bus/train ride away.

We really enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights for a family of 5. The rooms had connected rooms as we requested and everything was smooth. Everyone at the reception and elsewhere were friendly and smiling. Every morning my son and I rode on the hotel’a own bicycle ans that was a truly superb way to start the day. Overall, everything was on walking distance and I definitely recommend this hotel for a Stockholm trip

Hotel was great central location and walking distance from Arlanda Express and metro. Great breakfast included. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Very comfortable single room. Service is excellent!

When we arrived, we were initially given the keys to a room that wasn’t ready, and it was very dirty. Mistakes like this can happen, so we didn’t make a fuss. We were then given our actual room, which was fine — nothing amazing, but acceptable. However, some nights were a nightmare for sleeping. Our room faced a bar/nightclub, and the music (mostly loud techno) went on until around 3 a.m. every night. I genuinely think the room should have at least triple glazing, because it’s ridiculous to be on holiday and not be able to sleep due to the noise. Breakfast was not included, which we knew, but the bigger issue was that the room was never cleaned during our five-day stay. We were told we had to request a cleaning service, so we did — once — but it never happened. After day four, we gave up and just lived in our own mess for the rest of the trip. Overall, it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but it could have been much better. The idea of “ecology” or “sustainability” as a reason not to clean rooms regularly feels like a cop-out — it’s not eco-friendly, it’s just poor service.

Comfortable bed with nice pillows. Okay amenities in the room. Small bathroom with cleanness issues and bad smell. Given age of the building some issues are understandable. However, darkness of breakfast area, improving quality of food, and cleaning of the room should be considered and fixed.

This is by far one of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. It was fun and unique, had an amazing and helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and being an LGTBQ+ family, we felt like we were more than comfortable and welcomed.

I chose this hotel because it is so close to the central station. There is one thing which I absolutely hated. There is loud shouty pop music all the time. It is particularly annoying at breakfast. One cannot escape.
