This is the first hotel that we've visited where the TV didn't have any channels available and is there for streaming or casting. A new phenomenon for us oldies! Having said that it didn't detract from our enjoyment of this hotel. Well equipped room and great location.

Room was clean, staff was incredibly friendly. They quickly delivered a cot and extra bed when asked. Both reception and housekeeping were friendly with our 3 year old and had conversations with her and plenty of little gifts.

Staff was helpful, room is nice, clean w free laundry which is a plus!! Excellent location, just walking distance across the bridge to the central with shops, groceries, restaurants!!

The hotel is within walking distance of Malmo Central Train Station and Malmo's tourist spot attractions. It's easy to go around just by walking or use of public transportation. The hotel doesn't have AC though and since it's really hot recently, they provided an electric fan for use in the hotel. Also, they were in the process of upgrading their security so the key card for laundry room is not working as expected and had to always request the staff to use their key card for the elevator going to laundry room.

Be mindful of what Expedia offers. We booked a quad with 2 twin beds and a double bed (per Expedia). The hotel gave us two twins and a pull out couch. Sky Hotel staff told us the issue wasn't with them as they did not have that option available, and that we needed to take up the issue with Expedia. I tried contacting Expedia to raise the concern but without success. Buyer beware with Expedia.

Better breakfast food. It was too simple. Need better curtains or some kind of cover the light from the corner of the room because the kids were complaining they can see the light in front of their face on the bed couch.

I would not stay here again. The room was very small, and they charged an additional 500 SEK cleaning fee, which felt excessive for what was provided. Good location. Apart from the first day, no services were provided. There was no coffee replenishment, and basic amenities were lacking. They did not provide slippers or towels, which was disappointing. They also asked to wash all the dishes and clean the room before leaving. Another issue was that there were mosquitoes in the room, making it uncomfortable, especially at night.

Clean, comfortable room, polite and helpful staff - thank you! One tiny complaint - there was a kettle in the room, but no tea or coffee. Of course, we were able to go out and buy some, but it would have been nice, arriving in the room late in the evening, not to have to go out again to pick some up.

The included breakfast was excellent and provided the energy one needed for the rest of the day. The rooms were big and handled our large family very well. There was a nice area for kids to play.
