This hotel was a wonderful stop for us in the north of Sweden and became our base for a week. One of the unplanned for bonuses was the availability of a wheelchair for us since my wife broke her leg on the trip. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful. Our room on the top floor offered great views of Skellefteå including the river and downtown.

The Staff were very professional and friendly which is the best attitude to have towards the guests. It does go a long way to choosing the same hotel again for the next visit. The only thing to change is more variety on the restaurant menu.

Vi stannade två nätter. Trevlig personal, hjälpsam. Rummen var bra och mysiga. Dock var städningen något sämre än förväntat, men okej. Tex. Skräp/damm på golvet samt dricksglas som inte blivit ordentligt diskade. Generellt en trevlig vistelse och vi kommer bo här igen om vi behöver.

Kaldt basseng, skittent rom spesielt rundt køyeseng til barna(måtte tørke støv før de fikk legge seg), ikke hadde de tømt søppla fra de som bodde der før oss, anbefaler heller ikke å spise "biff" i restauranten da denne smakte gummi. Nevnte det med renhold i resepsjonen men fikk ingen kompensasjon eller at de hadde noen som kunne ta tak i det.
