Super friendly staff very attentive clean room suerb buffet breakfast and free tea coffee snacks available during the day. Very central to shops bars loved it!

A great stay, service from thec4 girls i met was outstanding, so friendly and helpful. Free coffee, waffles and biscuits all day. 20 min walk from main station. 2 mins from Stenpirren trams 1 and 11. Room was small, no safe and no fridge, very good showrr. Breakfsst 3 hot choices and plenty cold buffet available. A 10 min walk to the shops, close to ferry terminal and old town Once again the service was excellent and I'd recommend it

Pros: comfy bed, lovely staff, great location, good breakfast selection. Cons: Light in room didn’t work, room was tiny and didn’t have a mirror in actual room to get ready with had to get ready in bathroom which was so small. Toilet flushed but all excrement would come back into the toilet after a while. Drains smelt. Shower powerful but flooded the bathroom. Old and worn decor needs a good revamp. Breakfast although great selection, was like feeding time at the zoo, it’s so small the buffet room that you’re on top of everyone. Didn’t bother going again as struggled to find somewhere to sit as it’s too small.

Good central location with public transport a few minutes walk away. Lovely welcome and great service from the staff. Decent selection for breakfast and the afternoon waffles were a nice touch. I would have preferred tea/coffee facilities in my room but a good selection of hot and cold soft drinks (including biscuits 😋) were available for free in the breakfast room 24/7. Some of the common areas look a little dated, but the room was modern with a comfortable bed and a sofa.

Location is decent, a few buses and tram is 5 min walk, two stops from central train station. staffs are nice and friendly. But the whole building is kinda old, water drains very slow in the sink, maybe is to build pluming issue, and the towels are old and smell bad. I am in the non smoking room, but I smell the sole in the morning, probably the as from nearby room.

Hotel was great but doesn’t look like the pictures! Staff were amazing and the breakfasts were good, however felt a little deceived by the room pics. It’s not as up to date and modern as it looks, maybe this was just our room, I’m not sure! Very clean and comfortable so I can’t really complain. Only thing is that the walk in-shower we had didn’t have a tilted tray so the whole floor ended up wet. I would recommend if you are going to Sweden for a few nights and won’t be in the room for very long- but good value for money and overall a good experience.

Very nice little hotel. Super staff, and good value. Just perfect for some workdays in Gøteborg. Sleeping and a little work in the room and common space.

Good and central stay. A bit noisy both from passing trams as well as the room above as we could hear them walking upstairs. The parking however, there is no parking with the hotel, but rather a public paid parking across the street. Even the person in the reception wondered why it keeps saying the hotel has parking when it does not. As for the suggestion that it would be 100-200 SEK/day, that's just not true. We ended up paying 600 SEK for 1½ day.

Great location, nice hotel (rooms are a bit older, but nice), excellent breakfast. Coffe and cookies during the day are great idea.

We booked a room with two extra beds for our two kids. The room had a street view. First of all, there is no ventilation what so ever in the room, so the room was really hot. To reduce the temperature, the window needs to be opened against the very heavily trafficked street ( including the tram) The street was also heavily trafficked by drunk people at the night who shouted right in to the room. We didn’t manage to close the windows until in the morning when we realized it was not mounted correctly - and you had to push it to the side before closing it. The bed was lumpy and the pillows felt like they had a few years of use behind them. Overall I didn’t get more than maybe four hours of really bad sleep before driving to the ferry. There are no affordable parking spots in the vicinity. The upside was the staff who was very helpful at breakfast (breakfast was more than ok) and checkin - although you can’t get more than one key for your room (it’s the old type with the holes in it). Although being very close to the port - I will not choose this hotel again ever, and the hotel is probably the worst three star hotel I have visited.

First of all the hotel does not even have the name on the wall. I was confused and walked around the whole building 2 times before i finally enter and asked for directions. The answer i got was "We belong to a larger corporate, thats why we don´t have the right name on the wall.." Okay? I don´t see that logic in that at all.. Room was clean but you hear people from both your own floor and above you. Breakfast was okay, but in total silence and so cold i considered get my jacket. But here is the wierdest part. They have opposite keys. So i opened my door and went in. But the door does not lock after you enter. I found out in the morning that i had been sleeping with an unlocked door all night... So yes, i was in a hurry and took something cheap. But this was a little bit to much for me. Not staying here anymore and i recommend you to not do it aswell.

stayed in single room. great value for price. upsides: modern rooms w good curtains, inviting lobby w coffee and juice. Downsides: hardwood floors so you easily hear the people above you. Old pipes which squeak. Great place for 1 or 2 nights.

The room was not as advertiesed. It was like sleeping in a small box.
