Rummet var fint och rent. Self check in utan personal på plats, men vi fick bra info i god tid, inga problem att komma in på hotellet och rummet. Trevlig gemenskaps-/frukostrum. Att receptionen inte var bemannad visade sig dock vara ett problem, bl a när det uppstod problem med duschen (bara ljummet vatten - och detta efter en lång, kall blött vandring). Med bemannad reception hade det nog löst sig, men så här fick vi stå ut med det. Jag informerade hotellet om problemen efter vi hade checkat ut, men har än så länge inte fått återkoppling. Minuspöäng för service och helhetsupplevelsen.
