We thought this hotel was superbly located for central Stockholm and on the water. The only disappointment we had were the staff. The restaurant staff were badly trained and made the dining experience less than desirable.

Excellent property. My go to hotel next time I visit Stockholm. Very nice outdoor space near water. Good restaurant. Convenient 15 minutes public bus transportation from the Central Railway Station. Very close to embassies. Large park close by. Plenty of parking. Beds and comforters are slightly too narrow, though.

We loved this property for our 5 night stay in Stockholm in late May, 2025. The lovely setting away from the city center provided a peaceful respite from busy days sightseeing. The location was very convenient and we utilized the city bus a couple of times (which stops directly across the street; the buses were reliable and easy to navigate). We were able to walk all over Stockholm and get to the main attractions easily. The property hosted some celebrations while we were there and on weekend nights music played until 11 for the parties. It didn't bother us - it was a lively venue - and otherwise very quiet and charming. The only negative was that the sink in our room did not have a stopper (We wanted to handwash a few items, but managed that task in the large shower). The staff at the front desk (especially Aaron) were attentive and accommodating. The breakfast buffet included was spectacular!! I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing stay in a great location.

We arrived early, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate an early check-in at no extra cost—much appreciated! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and the location is lovely and peaceful. A great stay overall.

We love this hotel. Breakfast was excellent, beds were comfortable. Location is lovely.. The sauna was always available when we wanted it and offers a private space with weights and some workout equipment, as well as, a shower. Kevin at the front desk was very helpful and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back.

This was our second stay at Villa Källhagen for my daughter and I, having stayed there previously 2 years ago. The reason we stayed again is because it meets our needs,and are reasonable in price. The rooms are adequate, on the first floor, the staff is very personable and friendly. On site parking and easily accessible for Uber.The included breakfast is a welcome feature and well attended.
We love this hotel.
