This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again!

Excellent Hotel in a lovely location. Both restaurants excellent if extremely expensive (although it is Switzerland so probably normal). Thai restaurant in particular is great.

We had a great stay at the resort. Right by Lake Thun with great views, good food and drinks, and close to the bus stop to visit nearby towns/stations. The spa pool and sundeck were great to spend time in and not crowded. The room was clean and we were provided a fan at no cost for warmer days. Staff was attentive and polite. We would have liked more smoke-free outdoor areas including dining but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

The sauna and swimming pool, spa of the hotel is amazing. It’s also close to the lake so I can swim in the lake with the amenities supplied by the hotel. However, the Annex Building sucks. I didn’t know I booked the Annex Building but the front desk told me I did. The Annex Building is far from the parking and have several bad things compared to the main building(ex. Nespresso machine is not free). With all the review, I can guess the Hotel installed an Air Conditioner lately. Although the AC’s performance is not enough to cool the room at Annex Building, I think I could have died if they didn’t installed the AC. The breakfast was not bad, but nothing was excellent.
