The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and the views from our room were wonderful. The water temp in the shower does change occasionally but that was our only issue and very minor, just want people to be aware.

Simple and cost effective room. Make sure to ask for pillows from the desk of the main property as room pillows were flat. Smaller shower but satisfactory. Good hotel for the budget conscious and is a short walk from Main Street Zermatt and 8 minutes to the train station.

Room was spotless and perfectly located to all the places we went to. Made my first time to Zermatt even better. The hospitality of the front desk clerks was on point and they were very helpful. Thanks for an amazing experience!!
