Location of this hotel was centered in Appenzell. Our room was small yet we didn’t feel cramped the lift was useful and not too far from our room. The room was tidy and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the staff and their hospitality

This is a fantastic hotel! The staff are kind and friendly. The bed was wonderful! I would highly recommend this hotel ( and it’s in the most charming village in Switzerland).

The hotel was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the dinner was so good we ate there twice. We would definitely stay there again.
