Breathtaking view of the lake and mountains from our room, the rooftop bar, and the ground floor restaurant. Our room wasn’t completely prepared when we arrived but they quickly remedied and brought us everything we needed and small touches like a welcome biscuit. Excellent customer service!

A very nice hotel, with very accommodating staff. Well located within Neuchatel and overlooks the marina. Plenty of open air eateries within 5 minutes walk. The room was excellent, although there are notices advising not to open the windows because of the insects- it was very interesting to see mayflies up close resting on the windows! I was on the 6th floor, the rooftop bar on the 7th floor is lively at the weekend and thus the 6th is not for light sleepers. I didn't eat here during my stay so cannot comment on the restaurant.

Longer trip and just happened on this hotel. It was amazing. Right on the water and close to the center of Neuchatel. Great rooftop bar, parking and great service. Would go back again for sure.

The room was beautiful and clean, however, we soon realized that the air conditioner was not working properly. We were told there was no one on the premises to address this issue and there was no mention of changing to a different room.

Beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendly and the property is very clean. I had to walk from a concert to the hotel at about 11:30pm and I felt safe in the area. The hotel is a little pricey, but I would stay here again! The restaurant had a fantastic view and food was delicious.

Beautiful area and hotel room was nice.
However, our room smelled really bad and asked the front desk repeatedly (about 3 times) to go clean it or fix the issue. Nothing was done until we complained for the 4th time where the cleaning person found out it was coming from the shower drain. Staff didn’t take me seriously until I complained a few times and found it annoying. I rarely complain and just was annoyed.
