Big junior suite, very comfortable for family of four at a good price for the region. Staff set up pack and play for toddler. Room had lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. Staff was very helpful. Good breakfast. Small playground outside breakfast room for kids to play while parents have coffee. Good restaurants close by. Would stay again.

My suite was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a big balcony. The bathroom was kinda small and very basic. There's no air conditioning at this property; they provide fans, though. The room is advertised as having a mountain view, which is sort of true. I would have preferred a room with views over the castle and fortress, which I could glimpse from the end of the balcony. All in all, it's good value for money. Nothing spectacular, just adequate. The only real con: There's no peephole and no dead bolt on the door, just a regular lock. As a woman traveling alone, this didn't make me feel very safe.

They had missed to make the converible sofa bed although the booking clearly marked that we were 2 adults and 2 kids so we had to call reception and ask for that to be done. The coffee machine wasn't clean and the small milk containers to use for the coffe were past due date. All in all, not a great experience.
