Abhorrent staff. I booked a stay for June which I immediately noticed was booked incorrectly for May instead. I was on the phone with them within 10 minutes of the booking to cancel/change my stay and the staff was extremely rude and would not refund me ANY of my money. On top of that the staff was incredibly unfriendly. I would avoid this place like the plague, they will try and swindle you.

The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. I experienced a medical emergency and the information they shared was important. The caring and concern was so appreciated. We loved our room with a balcony. The location was close to everything

The building was built in the 1800. And as a hotel for thirty. The bathroom were small, but clean and great water pressure. Bed were comfortable. And there was an elevator. The employee at the front desk was friendly and informative.

I chose this property as various reviews said "quiet"; however, it was very noisy. All night traffic, a sort of nightmare. Ended up sleeping with ear plugs, head phones and white noise. The toilet space was a tiny 1 sqm kind of campervan type, made in plastic - never seen anything like this before (maybe they are common in Geneve, but it was the first time I visited). There was no fan in the 'bathroom', which is a problem especially because the toilet space was so tiny... Staff was kind enough to let us leave the luggage there for a few hours, but other than that, the stay was not pleasant.

This is a no frills hotel that met our needs for a stopover night in Geneva. Great location, and friendly staff. Would stay again if needed.

Beautiful converted property, quaint rooms beautiful view out of balcony onto the grass covered square and plane trees. Only route up and down to our floor was via a lift. Would worry what to do in event of a fire as there were no stairs visible nor was any mention made of them on arrival at the desk or described in our room. Bathroom quaint and completely functional lovely wet room plenty of hot water and pressure superbly hygienic staff changed towels and made my daughters unmade bed each day. There was no kettle or coffee or mugs in our room. This would’ve been lovely as there was a table perfectly positioned but totally empty of any such comforts and amenities. The only way to charge our devices was by pulling the bed right out from the wall completely inaccessible and the socket was loose on the wall. I suspect faulty sockets since 50% to 100% took six hours! Beds were very comfortable though only one pillow, perfect height for me so no complaints there. Vladimire very friendly, warm, and welcoming. Whereas the other man not so and had a fairly permanent scout which lessened when a French person started conversing with him as for me and my daughter who are English he showed a much colder shoulder. Met the owner of the hotel she was charming and warm. On the day of our departure to catch the plane we went down at 7:10 rather than 7.15 to see if we could get breakfast 5 mins earlier to get an earlier train. Croissants were refused but Coffee was offered..

It was in close proximity to the office which was very convenient.

Dated interior, small room, next to busy road with buses so a bit noisy. Shower was quite small, semicircular with curtain. Near train station and shopping.

Thank you for hotel reception staff they are truly amazing and helpful people.Great place to stay and very close to stations.Hotel is located in heart of Geneva.will come back here again.
