Beautiful spacious room overlooking the lake. Staff courteous and helpful. We ended up eat at the hotel restaurant all three nights because food excellent and outdoor setting on lake terrific.

The hotel is right on the side of the lake. There are very nice views. The room is clean, bedding is comfortable, breakfast has a lot of choices. I enjoy the stay there.

Note Expedia defaults to rooms at back of property which when we stayed were very noisy late at night with people and cars until the early hours. Lakeside rooms were available but significantly more. Just remember to factor that in when making your choice.

They don’t provide coffee machine and electric kettle in the room. One of day, we arrived a bit late in the morning, and most of the breakfast items were almost gone. We asked the staff if they could refill some of the food, but they said there was nothing left. It was a little disappointment. We had questions and asked at the front desk, the staff responded rather coldly, which didn’t feel very friendly or welcoming.

Love everything especially the staff. The manager was very helpful and went out of his way to upgrade our room. So thankful for that cause it made my 1 night stay in Montreux very relaxing and memorable. Breakfast was good with very beautiful view of the lake.. perfect location too..

A beautiful old world style and very ornate looking hotel.great staff and very clean...a room at the front is a must to overlook lake Geneva,as the rooms at the back looks out onto a office block,and that road is noisy.you can park outside cannot comment on the breakfast as we went out for it,but the breakfast room is gorgeous. Their is also a restaurant for evening meals on a lower ground level. Beds are very comfortable, a fantastic stay overall.

The staff, the view, and the location are the reasons for my rating. From check in to check out, we had a great experience. The rooms are well done and modernized. They are also super clean. Open the windows and doors and enjoy sheer beauty. Location is really walkable to shops and food but also straight out to the lake for miles or walking. Fantastic!!

This felt like such a glamorous and historic hotel, we were on the first floor with a outdoor patio that overlooked Lake Geneva, and the beautiful landscape mountainside. The staff was super friendly and informative, and they never acted like they were bothered by our inquiries. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, and for all the comforts and amenities, I think the price was more than reasonable! It was probably my favorite stay over my one week travel through Switzerland. The lake path is right there, so the location is extremely convenient, and you can basically walk the lake path to get to any place in the area, including Chillon castle.
