Fine overall---except for the complete lack of air conditioning (in mid-July), and a weirdly slippery, dangerous bath tub with a broken hand-support bar. Otherwise spacious, clean, and comfortable---with an excellent fridge!

The hotel conditions and room were good, large room and bathroom. Quiet. Check-in was a hassle because of all of the info requested. This needs to be simplified. I would stay again because of proximity to airport and room conditions. Excellent restaurant (La Pera) only 10 minutes walk away.

Check in was terrible. The automated system told me it did not recognize my reservation. It then spit out a piece of paper with what claimed to be a refund and a phone number to call in France. I called the number - no answer, just a recorded message in French

no air conditioning, so extremely hot room; stained rug; saturday breakfast goes until 10 am, and checkout is at same time so that it doesn‘t work! Normally you go to the bathroom after breakfast, but we couldn‘t! Breakfast was very basic

This hotel was ok for its price. Didn’t like that the housekeeper rush u to leave the room. The check out it’s too early I didn’t like that. It was easy to check in. Ok for the price I guess it’s ok just for a night but that’s it.

The hotel is very modest looking from the outside. When you arrive, you’ll probably think you’re entering a factory building or warehouse. Please make sure you’re not at the back entrance of the hotel. The front door has a machine for self check in.
On a scale of 1 to 10, the outside and first impressions as entering the hotel would get a 2 or 3. But on the inside, including rooms, it would get a 9 or 10. Rooms are spacious, very modern, have coffee and tea, and also blinds to keep the room in darkness at sunrise. Rooms are very good indeed. If you’re not fussy about how the hotel looks from the exterior, you’ll be very satisfied with the room itself.

While the Hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are fine, the check In is a hazard since the Touch Screen is not properly functional. It took me several attempts to type in my Name after having to stand in Line with3 others checking in each taking some 15 minutes to type in on the touch screen.

Enjoyed our stay here. We contacted the hotel via email ahead of time to provide our passport number for self check in. It was a quick convenient drive from the airport. There is ample amounts of well marked parking surrounding the building.
The self check out has a language option we were able to log in with English. The process was easy except the buttons for ‘u’ and ‘n’ didn’t seem to work so I hit them repeatedly until they finally did. The room itself was pretty easy to find. The elevator is very tiny. But the room is clean, energy friendly. Decent view. Nice big bathroom. Worth the price. Was very quiet in the area- has a really good sleep as a result.
The breakfast was good. It was our first Swiss breakfast. The employee was attentive and restocked when things were empty so we were able to enjoy a full compliment.
I would recommend if you’re on a budget but want something clean and comfortable !

This shouldn’t be classified as a hotel. There is not front desk, so check in is completely independent. Our room smelt like smoke (even though the hotel was smoke free), and not clean. I honestly did not feel safe at this property. Do not stay here.

Booked this hotel because of its location near the airport. Self check in was fine, but hotel was just so so and there was no working wifi. There was no one to talk to about the internet (self service hotel), and it made checking in for a flight very frustrating.

The hotel had 24 hour self checkin, free parking on site. The rooms were clean, they did not have AC, but had fan (not at Non Ac hotels have fans in EU), so that was a plus. It was a short drive to train station- from where we could get to Zurich HB.
