Very nice area to walk in nature, easy parking, very clean and spacious room.

Comfortable room convenient to the very clean shared bathroom. Breakfast buffet was solid, but what was really outstanding was the vegetarian rösti I had for dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.

Amazing place: yummy breakfast, lovely welcome, superb location, spotlessly clean. Definitely recommended!

Excellent value hotel - clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool looked nice (unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't get to take advantage of it). Staff was friendly. Breakfast is typical German/Swiss (Bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, juice, muesli, coffee/tea). Great stopover traveling between Germany and Italy. Free parking right out front of the building - very convenient!

Chosen as a reasonably priced hotel for a one night stop between france and Italy. Family run and open since the 1920s. An older style property but style very much in keeping with the local area. Clean and tidy throughout and bar/restaurant appears popular with locals. Staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel restaurant is closed on a Wednesday evening however there are a number of local restaurants nearby and staff were happy to provide directions and recommendations. Breakfast was traditional and plenty of options for even my fussy teenager. Would happily stay here again.

One night stop over-. Sadly the restaurant was closed. The room was very good. The breakfast excellent.

The hotel itself as a whole was pretty great. The pool was always clean and cool water for hot summer days. The room was clean and plenty of towels available. The shared bathroom and shower were great and clean. Breakfast was continental and with good enough variety. We dont drink coffee but the owners offered fresh coffee. We didnt eat dinner or lunch at their restaurant as we were out and about during those hours. The property is well maintained, and in a beautiful spot! Very close to the gondola lift, and that was amazing. Very few people in the area speak English though, so come prepared to use a translation app or interpreter if you have one. The only negatives were that there is no air movement in the rooms - so it was warm and humid, no A/C, no fan. To counter that at least we could open the window, and it is pretty cool at night. And, though the facility is non-smoking inside, the other people visiting would smoke right outside the door to the pool and then leave that door wide open, so all the smoke/smell came in and our room was also right by the pool, so we got the smoke smell either through the window or through our door and couldnt escape it if we were there.

Quite, Comfortable, Tidy, Safe and Good Attention!

Hotel was found to be locked and nobody was inside. Even though hotel booking was confirmed by Expedia, received a message from the hotel that rooms were not available on date of stay. It was very confusing and disappointing but still drove there to find all access doors locked. Had to knock on the door but no response and had to call the property a couple of times to get the front door unlocked eventually. bed sheets had a lot of hair littered on them, looked never cleaned before the room was assigned to us. room had no fan or A/C. However, breakfast and views were fantastic.

The room was clean, a good size and beds were comfortable. Some hooks on the wall for coats etc would ve useful. Breakfast was good; there was a good selection. Staff very helpful.

Fabulous little hotel. Very good value and nice food.

Our room had vey weak wifi sugnal ,we were locked out around 9pm and called the only phone on our contact but nobody answered phone. Staff English was poor had problem communicating, credit card reader had problem to read credit card. There is no after hours reception service and only phone is local phone that nobody answers.

Great restaurant and family run place. The directions from Expedia website took us the long way around and we were walking. It’s a long walk from the train station. But it was a beautiful view.

Same-day booking for this hotel. Booked a family room. Beautifully presented hotel, clean and spacious room with a very good bathroom and a comfortable bed and lovely views from the windows. Breakfast was everything we needed. Would recommend.

Very good hotel considering the price. However, if you arrive before the restaurant closes, you can't park in front of the hotel.

Very friendly lady even though we was late she still checked us in the views are put of this world would come again
