It is a beautiful , clean and very close to bus stop. The shuttle service was great. The spa is amazing. Very friendly staff

The hotel is modern yet cozy. Spa area is fantastic, the restaurant & free breakfast were great! Nice staff but English was a little spotty. No one told us they had a shower room in the luggage storage area so if you need to rinse before you takeoff and leave the area after checkout you can do so! We also didn't know there was a gym. Little cumbersome to walk to and from town if you miss the limited bus right outside the hotel, but lovely walk nonetheless. Overall highly recommend

Das Hotel war für eine Nacht super. Leider waren zu unserem Zeitraum nur noch die älteren Zimmer verfügbar, was für eine Nacht ganz okey war. Das nächste mal werde ich die neue Zimmerkategorie ausprobieren. Der Service und Freundlichkeit des Personals war sehr nett. Kommen gerne wieder hierher. Auch eine Super Ausgangslage für Wanderungen im Sommer wie auch zur jetzigen Jahreszeit.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit auch
das Zimmer war sauber und wie auf den Bildern zu erwarten.
Wenn der Hotelgast oberhalb von uns die WC Spülung betätigt hat, hörten wir das sehr gut. Leider war das Hotel auch ausgebucht, deshalb konnten sie nichts unternehmen.
Ansonsten hat uns unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Palü sehr gut gefallen.
