Fairly basic hotel, classigood location

Staff was super nice and helpful the entire stay!

Very close to the center of town at a reasonable price. Room was clean and had good provisions. But only one espresso and one cappuccino cup not good if you have 2 people. Cappuccino machine and fridge were great. Maybe a kettle for tea and some more cups and glasses would be good.

Rooms very dirty. In desperate need of renovation. Duvet did not full cover bet. Can’t move in shower as so small. Light switch hanging off wall. Overall exceptionally disappointed

A hotel with no frills. Served its purpose for a short stay and nice location.

The hotel was better than I had expected! Upon arrival was greeted by lovely front desk person room was updated and very clean! Hotel in great location! Small boutique hotel but had a great vibe! So glad we choose this hotel would definitely recommend !

Staff was very nice. Our room was slanted and we both hit our heads several times. Walls were stained. The breakfast was good. Location was good, close to train station. I would pick a nicer place if I returned.

Excellent support! Great location - short walk to a train station; bus stops. Shopping & dining is also within walking distance. Per me request I was given a super quiet room - !!

Poor reception, had to wait for check in. Had no extra pools when requested. Shower really small, no place to put shampoo etc. TV remote didnt work. TV didnt allow us to use our amazon stick. Good location, but not a great hotel.

Ok location. Stained sheets, the sofa bed was broken. I would not stay here again.

The room looks absolutely nothing like the property, the room was hot without AC, dark, old. Impossible to sleep without open windows, and there was train disruption and jackhammers literally all night. We arrrive early, the receptionist through key at us and told us to find the luggage storage.

Overall, good hotel. Great location, clean rooms, nice staff

Great location!

Unfortunately, I did not have a great stay, though it seemed people in at least one other room did not have my issue. My room had a sulphur like odor that seemed to originate from the bathroom. I opened the windows but that did not solve the issue. I told the front desk of the issue and they came to the room to inspect. Initially, the woman agreed that she smelled something, but then claimed she did not and that I could not change my room because the hotel was fully booked. She offered me perfume for the smell, which I declined. No other measure was ever offered to me to address the issue. I stayed in the room for 3 nights and it smelled the entire time. I was in town for a friend's birthday and was not in the hotel much beyond sleeping, so I did not attempt to engage the hotel staff anymore, as I did not think it would be productive. Upon check out, a different person at the front desk asked if I had enjoyed my stay and I said, no due to the smell. She said they had tried to "find me" to offer a room change, but I was never emailed, called, or spoken to by the staff. I told this woman that I had looked at online reviews once I arrived and seen a similar review about a sulphureous smell and she said that had been a different room.

Rooms are tiny and cramped, over stuffed with furniture so it is difficult to navigate the space. You get exactly one towel per person, and one blanket. If you ask for another, you may be questioned as to why you need this blanket or towel. If he deems your request valid (in his opinion) you may get one. This was ok and sort of humorous for one night to sleep but no need to go back.

Pricey for what it was hotel wise, but the best location!! You can see the River Rhone, supermarket, eateries, bus and train station plus tour pick up points all within 5-10 mins.

Great staff, amazing location, couldn't be happier.
